A group of professionals with their technical skills/expertise is required for implementing ERMS Although most of the functions are inimitable in all ERMS but the paramount issue i.e. basic structural features / modules are unlike Integration of electronic resources in ERMS is a mountainous job which takes longer time Not a single ERMS provides complete functionality of workflow of e-resources.
