1 As we continue our deployment of the new Event Reporting System (ERS) across Ascension, we are working to make updates to the system with our vendor, Quantros. We are pleased to announce that on the evening of March 29th, Quantros will be upgrading Feedback Manager for all clients using this module. The goal of this upgrade is to align Feedback Manager with the Safety Event Manager module. The upgrade will include a new design of the Entry Form and Inbox that will enhance the user experience and increase usability for all users. Key Benefits: Provide the same visually crisp and intuitive user experience that is currently available in Safety Event Manager. Provide a seamless transition between the Safety Event Manager and Feedback Manager modules. The functionality alignment will decrease the user s learning curve during training, as users will have the basic skills to use Feedback Manager after being introduced to Safety Event Manager. What s changing on the Entry Form? Although no questions or fields will be added or removed, some of the labels will be changed to a question-style format (e.g., Affected party updated to Who was the affected party? ). Updated styling of drop-downs, yes / no buttons, and fly-out windows. Re-ordered questions and fields in a more logical order (i.e., When, Who, etc.). 2 Updated header to lock at the top of the screen, so it remains visible to the user while scrolling down the form. What s changing in the Inbox? Consolidated Inbox folders along the top. From within any given Inbox folder, a user can further filter the Inbox by selecting the check-box to the left of each column header, changing the time period selected, or applying more specific filter options via Advanced Search. Expanded Inbox columns available, including the addition of a grievance column. Updated follow-up status and complexity column with consistent color indicators. 2 CARE EXCELLENCE MARCH 2017

Added ability to expand a given item in the Inbox without leaving the screen, and moved actions (previously available in side task bar) beneath the expanded ticket. 4 Updated follow-ups to include both reviews and letters across Safety Event Manager (reviews only), Feedback Manager, and Disruptive Event Manager. The Status (when due) column will show a status for all follow-ups (both reviews and letters).
