Diaspark developed an ipad app for Nonprofit health coaches. With this app patients are pre-screened during their visit to health facility with few questions relating to their drinking habits or drug use. Key Features The app is a brief computer-guided collection of information using scientifically supported screening questionnaires The app is easy to use for Health Coaches with limited need to look at the screen while entering information & little to no keyboarding in of information There are 3 screening questionnaire; Alcohol Screening, Drug Screening, Alcohol + Drug Screening. Patients can choose any one screening Individually tailored feedback report will be produced based on a pre-determined algorithm from the screening questionnaire for the Health Coach to review with the patient At completion of Brief Intervention, a tailored report will be produced. The report shows data in graphical form that could be printed out and given to the patient.
