New option to enable or disable applets in Administration\Application Settings: When applets are disabled, the following functionality will no longer be available: Portfolios Risk Management (Projects tab and Dashboard portlet) Resource Planning (Resources tab) Workspaces (Projects tab)

11 Disable Java! What if I need that functionality? Set the Application Setting to Enable Create User Interface Views to control who has access to the necessary features All other users would have a User Interface View with No Applets selected

12 Approval Tab Streamlines the approval process for Project Managers Includes both Timesheet Approvals and Status Update approvals from Team Member One location for all approvals to improve efficiency Access to this tab is controlled via User Interface Views and security privileges
