Derrick Lildhar Product Specialist Sage Software Presenter Bios Derrick is a product specialist with Sage Software. He specializes in selling, supporting and training Sage Accpac End-to-End products, which includes Sage Accpac ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, ecommerce and WMS. Based in Toronto, Derrick has been with the Sage family for 4 years and has over 10 years of experience in the business management technology industry. Denis Boudreau, CGA President DB Group Inc. Denis Boudreau is the president of DB Group Inc., a Dieppe, New Brunswick based company specializing in. Denis obtained his CGA designation in He is also a BAA graduate from Université de Moncton. For over 11 years, Denis has been helping his clients enhance their profitability by providing, needs analysis, project management, implementation, training and custom reporting all while providing bilingual service. He is also an active member of the CGA-NB Moncton Chapter. Joey Laforge, BBA Sage ERP Certified Consultant DB Group Inc. Joey has been working with DB Group Inc for over 3 years. He recently completed his bachelor s degree in marketing from Université de Moncton. His role on the team is to provide excellent bilingual support to our existing customers. Joey is the primary point of contact for questions and support regarding Sage s products. As our champion for customers, Joey will be monitoring, supporting and communicating with our existing and new Sage Accpac customers. -2-

3 Richard Frigault, BA Sage ERP Certified Consultant DB Group Inc. Richard joined the team at DB Group Inc in He brings a strong manufacturing and inventory management background. Richard has started his MBA from Université de Moncton. Like other members of the company, Richard is fluently bilingual in both official languages. Kevin Lynch, BSc, MBA Sage ERP Extended Certified Consultant DB Group Inc. Kevin joined DB Group Inc last year and came with some experience in designing custom applications for specific needs at his previous employments. Kevin is the lead developer in custom applications that are designed at DB Group Inc. He just recently completed his certification on the SageCRM product set. Like other members of the company, Kevin is fluently bilingual in both official languages. Eric Lagacé, BSc, MBA Sage ERP Certified Consultant DB Group Inc. Eric joined DB Group Inc last year and came with many years experience in manufacturing and quality assurance. Achievements include Six Sigma Black Belt Training which is essentially a comprehensive yet flexible system for achieving, supporting, and maximizing business profits. It is a methodology driven by understanding customer needs, and the disciplined use of data, facts, and statistical analysis to improve and reinvent organizational processes. Eric like other members at DB Group is fluently bilingual in both official languages. Jason K. Roy, BSc, MBA Sage ERP Certified Consultant DB Group Inc. Joining DB Group Inc. in May 2008, Jason integrated our team with professional experience in areas such as programming, operation management, internal auditing, financial consulting and business analysis. The scope of his education, experience and overseas tenure translate into another well equipped Consultant, complementing the strengths of DB Group Inc. 5 Break Out Session # Session Descriptions A01 - CI.COM PDA Solutions Mobile Salesperson (MSP) - Mobile Salesperson (MSP) is a remote order and invoice entry system that runs on handheld devices. Your sales force can upload customer and item information from Sage Accpac to their devices. The orders and invoices can be synchronized to Sage Accpac ERP in addition to printing receipts onsite. Mobile Inventory Count (MIC) - Mobile Inventory Count (MIC) is a wireless add-in product integrating with Sage Accpac, allowing users to maintain inventory counts in the warehouse, import new information and post information directly to Sage products. Barcode support for item selection is also a convenient feature offered by MIC. This session will center on the functionalities offered by both Mobile Salesperson & Mobile Inventory Count and the sustainable benefits that stem from integrating these wireless solutions into your daily operations. B01 - End-to-End solutions This session will review all the integrated tools and modules offered by Sage and their third party developers to help business owners manage their business efficiently.
