In this model, the role of General Contractor is added to the CM s standard list of tasks. The CMc delivery system allows Tekton to work with the owner and the design team from the earliest stages of a project. Roles and responsibilities such as preconstruction estimating, phasing, scheduling, costing and general construction all flow through the CMc. The project owner benefits from this model as it eliminates the administrative burdens where one contract is drawn between the owner and CMc. Tekton excels in this role as we possess the knowledge needed for project success in the early development stages, along with offering our core service of General Construction.
