4 PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION Ceiling Insulation is manufactured by (Pty) LTD and made from recycled PET Bottles. has a type 1 classification. is manufactured in 40mm,50mm,75mm and 100mm. has a density of 10.1kg/m³ which provide the residential and commercial properties with the perfect temperatures during both Winter and Summer. has a thermal resistance, also known as the R Value for different sizes (Refer to below box.) R-VALUE All MATERIALS ARE RATED FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE IN RESTRICTING HEAT TRANSFER. Once you have placed your Ceiling insulation onto the ceiling start at one end and roll out the onto the inner beams (Some Ceilings will be different, this is where your scissors come in to cut off any longer pieces) Make sure that when laying the Insulation it is under all electrical wiring not to create unnecessary heat.
