2 Raising. Lowering. Sliding. Hydraulics High-performance hydraulic systems from are used wherever heavy loads have to be moved in civil engineering, building, and industrial construction. There are (almost) no technical limits in the use of hydraulic systems. Using hydraulic jacks of all sizes, we can move any structure from steel constructions weighing just a few hundred tons to pre-stressed concrete superstructures weighing tens of thousands of tons. Technical equipment ranges from 20-ton aluminium cylinders to 500-ton jacks and from 15-ton hydraulic trunk piston jacks to 200-ton strand jacks. In addition, two computer-controlled synchronized lifting units are available, which can be interconnected and controlled by only one computer. Railroad track junction Oberhausen, raising a steel bridge (700 t) Railroad track junction Oberhausen, bridge after being raised by 2.50 m From a single source The construction partner receives complex solutions for raising, lowering, and sliding bridge superstructures and framed structures from a single source: In order to provide the required structural clearance, bridges are often constructed at super-elevated levels over highways, railroad tracks or shipping lanes. We lower them hydraulically. Bridge superstructures need to be scaffolded for refurbishment? We raise the structure and create enough clearance for the suspended scaffolding. In the case of new railroad bridges, the superstructures are usually built on shoring next to the old structures. We slide them into place during bridge closure. Whether pulling or pushing depending on the geometry of the structure, ground conditions, and available closure times we also move open and closed framed structures. The superstructure built on shoring under an auxiliary bridge has to be elevated? We have already integrated the required lifting hydraulics into the shorings.

3 Individual solutions The use of computer-controlled synchronized lifting units is required when raising several 100-meter-long massspring slabs in subway construction. We can provide this. If needed, the software engineers individually adapt the necessary programs to the requirements of the respective construction project. Upon request, in addition to raising of the mass-spring slabs, the all-in-one service package can also include installation of the bearings and required documentation. As our customer, you benefit from our expertise as early as the offer phase. Alternative proposals save your time and money. In addition to providing highly-complex shoring and hydraulic systems, we also develop solutions in which both systems are optimally matched. Planning at the engineering office is carried out in direct contact with the construction site. Thanks to a large number of trained, experienced technicians and structural engineers, and a comprehensive equipment fleet, several simultaneous insertion procedures can be carried out during weekend closures: on schedule and reliable.
