This product cointans max. 200 g/l Recommended surface and temperature conditions Avoid applications at room temperatures lower than +10 C or higher than +3 C and relative humidity higher than 80%. Check the surfaces suitability referred to the humidity degree with hygrometer. Support temperature: min +10 C, max +3 C. Avoid application on chalking surfaces if not peviously treated with fixatives model FIXODIL for outdoors or Acrilan 3470 for indoors. WARNING:ventilate the room to avoid humidity accumulation. WARNING:the maximal washability is obtainable after 710 days from application. Completely eliminate preexistent solvent paintings. Remove, wet sanding or brushing, the possible efflorescences. In presence of moulds, use antimolds detergents and fixing elements. Reccomendations Well mix the product before use The applications must not be executed on walls directly exposed to the sun or with room temperatures under + C. In case of doubt, with old chalking or just a little cohesive paintings, evaluate the first coat dillution. Apply the fixative primer on a little surface portion and after at least 12 hours make an adhesion test. It is recommended to apply the product in favorable weather conditions, as inadequate weather conditions could negatively affect the drying conditions by compromising the optimal achieving of the product aesthetic characteristics and performances. 2 Application cycle Never painted interior walls In case of new civil plasters let it age for at least 28 days (T= 20 C and UR< at7%) ) before any operatin. Carefully brush. Remove bad anchored parts, dust and dirt. level imperfections with STUCOL. After 8 hours level the stuccoed parts and clean them carefully. Be sure that the wall is perfectly dry. Verify surface idoneity according to humidity degree with match test or hygrometer. If necessary, consolidation with water fixative as ACRILAN In case of chalking supports use solvent fixative as FIXODIL, otherwise use the following modalities. If the support does not need fixative, it is anyway recommended to moisten it, to avoid the wall to subtract excessively water from the binder. After 24 hours from fixative application apply a first layer of GRASSELLO DI CALCE. After at least 12 hours apply one more layer to create the adequate thickness. After at least 12 hours sand to remove possible imperfections, then remove dust and apply little quantities of material compacting and polishing it (with inox trowel) beofre it dries completely. Clean the tools withh water after use. Already painted interior walls with tempera paintings Carefully clean the surface from dust or dirt. With molds or fungi disinfect the surfaces with SESTRICID. Level imperfections with STUCOL. After 8 hours sand the stuccoed parts and clean them carefully. Insulate the whole surface with solvent fixative as FIXODIL. After 24 hours apply a first layer of GRASSELLO DI CALCE or marmorino. After at least 12 hours apply one more product layer to cerate the adequate thickness. After at least 12 hours sand to remove possible imperfections, then remove the dust and apply little quantities of material, compacting and polishing it (with inox trowel) before it dries completely. Already painted exterior walls Completely remove the old organic paintings as synthetic ones, washable quartz, tempera and plastic coatings. Carefully clean the surface from dust or dirt. With molds or fungi disinfect the surfaces with SESTRICID. Level imperfections with STUCOL. After 8 h sand the stuccoed parts and clean them carefully. Be sure that the wall is perfectly dry. Verify surfaces idoneity according to humidity degree with match test or higrometer.
