1 Scope of the FT quality guidelines: All details apply to unmounted keypads or systems with touch/membrane. Deviations from these quality guidelines are permitted following agreement with the customer. For hybrid systems, in all cases the weakest component is decisive. Characters must be unambiguously legible. Breaks are not permitted. Folds and pressure points are not permitted. Detectable raised areas on the front membranes in the area of the cable outlets cannot be excluded. Inclusions between the different layers must not be visible on the front. The colour coverage is sufficient when underlying layers and structures cannot be seen. The permissible deviations are to be agreed between the customer and the manufacturer.
