2 ECOVISION EL Façade windows for smoke exhaust and natural ventilation with electrical control system A window for challenging façades! The façade window ECOVISION EL can be used as a natural smoke ventilator (DENFC - CE certified according to EN standard), and/or as an opening system for daily ventilation without additional cost. Very esthetic, it is intended to be installed in facade on all types of supports, such as glass curtain wall, or in roof, integrated into sheds or rooflights. It is manoeuvred electrically thanks to the electric drives: chain drives or linear drives, the opening angles vary from 40 to 60 according to the type of opening and dimensions. Several types of opening are available: bottom-hung inward, bottom-hung, side-hung, side-hung inward. ECOVISION has thermally broken profiles in Premium version or regular profiles for the standard in order to cover all types of applications. The two types of profiles and their adaptations enable optimum integration into masonry, aluminium joinery or glass curtain wall. The choice of glazing is wide: single glass, or safety glass, double-glazing, aluminium sandwich, multi-wall polycarbonate (MP), and MP with AeroTech technology. Discreetly integrated on the profile, the chain drive is positionned on the top for bottom-hung or on the side for side-hung, depending upon opening direction. The insulating aerogel is injected into the cells of the multi-wall polycarbonate panel, improving natural daylight diffusion while enhancing thermal and acoustic insulation. The amorphic silica in the aerogel inhibits heat transfers for better thermal performance. When light crosses translucent particles, it is diffused in all directions, creating homogeneous lighting without shadow areas or dazzle. 4 5
