9 HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES Protecting our highways, Truegrip BT Anti-Skid has been BBA/HAPAS approved, providing a high friction surfacing which reduces the risk of vehicle skidding. For external cycle paths, car parks, walkways and bridges, Truegrip TCD offers a decorative alternative in a range of colours, natural aggregates and imprint patterns. TRUEGRIP BT High Friction Anti-Skid surfacing is designed to reduce the risk of vehicle skidding at areas such as approaches to roundabouts, road junctions and intersections. Page 08 /

DECORSCREED Decorscreed epoxy resin screed incorporates a blend of coloured quartz aggregates to produce a highly decorative finish. This multi-coloured screed is both impact and abrasion resistant. AQUASOL A water based epoxy coating for walls and floors such as plant rooms and food preparation areas. Low odour and taint free, WRAS approved for use with potable water and with a Class 1 Fire Rating, Aquasol is easy to apply, offering a tough, decorative, wipe clean finish. CONGRIP For any internal areas where there is a need for added protection against slips and trips, Congrip high build solvent free epoxy is ideal. Suitable for both pedestrian and forklift traffic, this heavy duty coating minimises hazardous areas in the workplace. Various grades are available. DECKTECT Specifically designed as a flexible waterproofing solution for exposed car park top decks, Decktect accommodates normal substrate movement providing an impervious finish for heavily trafficked areas. DECORSCREED This blend of quartz aggregate and high performance resin produces a highly decorative screed, which is both tough and versatile. Usually laid at 4mm thick, Decorscreed offers designers the practical qualities of a screed, without compromising on aesthetics. DUSTGUARD Workshops, factories and aircraft hangars alike can benefit from the hardwearing properties of this epoxy coating. 17 i DOWNLOAD THE TECHNICAL DATA ENAMELCOAT Easy to clean and maintain, Enamelcoat high build solvent-free coating can be used in virtually any industry for floors and walls. With excellent chemical resistant properties, this system is also often used for protecting bunded areas. FLEXIJOINT An epoxy joint system to fill and improve the wear and tear on arris edges. Allowing for normal movement in the concrete slab, the flexible nature of the system is suitable for crack induced/sawn joints and pre-formed expansion joints. FLOORPLATE Used as a dry surface dressing for new build construction, Floorplate topping is power-floated into freshly laid concrete to create a monolithic, heavy duty industrial floor surface. F S SCREED Far stronger than concrete, F S Screed has been developed to take heavy wear in industrial and civil engineering environments. For reinstatements and repairs, this system outperforms conventional screeds. HIGHSEAL This heavy duty cold applied dressing is designed to protect bituminous/asphalt surfaces and is fuel and oil resistant, making it ideal for aircraft aprons and taxiways, petrol forecourts, fuel depots and parking areas. Available in two versions; standard and slip resistant. HIGHSEAL F1 A hot applied one part elastomeric sealant developed for sealing joints in concrete pavements. It is highly resistant to fuel spillages and is used for areas such as airport runways, petrol stations, fuel depots etc. Independently tested to conform to ASTM D and BS 2499:1993. Page 16 /

18 i DOWNLOAD THE TECHNICAL DATA HYDROTHANE This polyurethane screed at 10mm - 12mm is suited to areas in very aggressive environments where it protects against mechanical and chemical damage. Hydrothane will also withstand steam cleaning and high pressure hot washes. It is ideal for bottling plants, abattoirs, engineering sites and chemical processing areas. LAPIDOLITH A clear liquid chemical case hardener, Lapidolith dustproofs and improves the wear and protection of concrete and terrazzo floors in areas such as commercial warehousing and retail outlets. The product seals in depth into the matrix of the substrate providing an easy to maintain finish. LEVELAY HD/LEVELAY HDT Laid at 2mm - 6mm, this self-smoothing epoxy screed is totally impervious. Levelay has been used for applications ranging from food and pharmaceutical sites, nuclear plants, museums to leisure centres. With anti-static, textured and designer colour ranges available, Levelay epoxy screed is the discerning choice for a long term flooring solution. LINE PAINT To complement the Conren range of coatings and screeds, this high visibility epoxy line paint is used for defining pedestrian walkways, forklift aisles and hazard areas, highlighting safety in the workplace. PATCHFAST For fast setting permanent concrete repairs, the high strength properties of Patchfast epoxy mortar are invaluable. Supplied in a handy kit form, the system is quick and easy to use, with excellent resistance to forklift traffic and chemical attack. Patchfast can also be used to form coves and repair arris edges. PLAYON A blend of rubber crumb and special resins form an impact absorbing surface for external safety areas. Originally formulated to protect children against falls from play equipment, Playon can also be used for paths, ramps and landscaping areas. Page 17 /

19 i DOWNLOAD THE TECHNICAL DATA ROOFTEX A cold applied single pack polyurethane extended liquid, Rooftex cures to form a waterproof membrane with exceptional elasticity. For roof structures, balconies, wet areas and structural waterproofing, this system performs regardless of worldwide climatic conditions. Rooftex is black and can be over-coated with coloured granules, or silver coating which provides heat and light reflective properties. TRUEGRIP BT BBA/HAPAS approved Type 1, Truegrip BT is a high friction anti-skid surfacing for today s busy highways, reducing the risk of vehicle accidents at critical areas such as approaches to roundabouts and junctions. TRUEGRIP TCD/TRUEGRIP IMPRINT An epoxy resin, heavily aggregated system, Truegrip TCD offers a coloured decorative anti-slip surface for cycle paths, car parks, walkways, footbridges - in fact any external area where there is a need to reduce slip hazards. Coloured and natural aggregates are available. In addition, Truegrip Imprint offers a decorative alternative to block paving with various design opportunities. TUFCON 80/TUFCON 80 PUMPED SCREED Where a normal cement based surface would fail, the polymer resin reinforced properties of Tufcon 80 offer many benefits, including resistance to abrasion, heavy traffic and high point loads. For refurbishment and fast-track installation, a pumped version is available. WD AQUATECT The fast-track solution for installing resin coatings and screeds to new concrete slabs with a reading of up to 95% RH. WD Aquatect acts as a moisture suppressant and surface damp-proof membrane. Tested by The Building Research Establishment to pren1504: Part 2: 1998, WD Aquatect combines excellent surface adhesion properties with a high tolerance to moisture. WD BONDER An epoxy resin bonder and membrane, WD Bonder is extremely effective at bonding new cementitious materials to existing surfaces and provides a waterproof membrane beneath thin section floor screeds. 20 i PRODUCT COLOUR CHART CHOOSING A COLOUR The following pages represent the Conren standard colour range. These are colours formulated and manufactured on a regular basis for our clients. Each colour sample has been carefully photographed, but please remember these may vary slightly to the actual product colour due to the constraints of the printing process. COLOUR SAMPLE SERVICE By far the best way to visualise how a particular Conren product will meet the aesthetic needs of your project is to request a tile sample. DESIGNER COLOURS We can also manufacture a wide range of other colours, to both BS and RAL colour ranges - please ask for details. Please note there may be a minimum order requirement or a small surcharge for certain non-standard colours. APPLIED COLOURS Whilst we manufacture to a very strict colour matching procedure, it should be noted that the applied colour and degree of gloss can be affected by the surface porosity and type of substrate it is applied to. 23 i PRODUCT COLOUR CHART TRUEGRIP BT/TRUEGRIP IMPRINT/TRUEGRIP TCD Truegrip BT is BBA/HAPAS approved Type 1 high friction surfacing for roads and incorporates a 1mm to 3mm PSV 70 Calcined Bauxite aggregate. Truegrip Imprint offers a decorative alternative to block paving and is available in various designs and colours. Truegrip BT (road grade) 1mm - 3mm Truegrip Imprint Truegrip TCD coloured anti-slip for external areas is available in various grades (foot grade 0.5mm - 1.4mm grade shown). Other decorative aggregates such as golden pea gravel and rose pink quartz can also be used.
