3 Bastion Cost Effective Highly Adaptable Low Maintenance Barbed or Flush Edges Exceptional Rigidity 3 Horizontal Profiles High Visibility Bastion V Bastion VT Bastion V is a modern and visually appealing heavy weldmesh fence panel ideally suited for most types of boundary, general and anti-intruder applications. Bastion V panels are manufactured from 4.5mm thick steel wire with profiled horizontal sections that significantly increase the rigidity of the panel. The mesh itself is 50mm x 200mm and fully welded at every intersection. The panels have a barbed edge and a flush edge. The client has the option of installing the barbed edge at the top of the fence, as a deterrent to climbing, or at the bottom, for example where the fencing is one of the lower heights in a playground situation. Please be aware, however, that if you require the barb down option then an inverted clip will need to be ordered. The welded mesh panels are located on the face of the post with two piece clips fixed with anti-tamper bolts. These clips firmly clamp the end vertical wires, providing an extremely secure fixing. Where safety is key, particularly on lower height systems used in a playground setting, the panel can be installed so the flush edge is at the top of the fence so there are no sharp hazards. If opting to install, barb-down inverted clips need to be ordered. Bastion VT is a secure and durable fence designed for use on a large range of applications. Bastion VT panels are manufactured from 5.0mm thick steel wire with profiled horizontal sections that significantly increase the rigidity of the panel. The mesh itself is 50mm x 200mm and fully welded at every intersection. The panels have a barbed edge and a flush edge. The mesh is 50mm x 200mm and fully welded at every intersection. Duo Perimeter gives the option of installing the barbed edge at the top of the fence or at the bottom. Mesh panels are manufactured from 4mm wire, resistance welded to form a mesh profile of 76.2mm x 12.7mm. Generally panel widths are 2515mm to suit 2440mm post centres. The panels are overlapped on each post, and secured using clamp bars. Panel strength is enhanced by the three pressed horizontal beams within it. This unique panel also provides see-through visibility but is difficult to climb as there are no finger or toe holds. The security aspect can also be enhanced by the use of extensions for barbed wire. The mesh panels are manufactured from 4mm wire, resistance welded to form a mesh profile of 12.7mm (½inch) wide by 76.2mm long with three profiled horizontals that greatly increase the strength of the panel. The width of the panel suits post centres of approximately 2500mm. 6 Ballcourt & Safe T Exceptional Rigidity Aesthetically Pleasing Highly Adaptable Anti Vandal Visual Deterrent Safe and Secure Bastion Ballcourt Bastion Safe T Bastion have incorporated all the Individual requirements needed for a professional, robust and affordable Ballcourt. Our aim is to make it as simple as possible for our end client, to obtain a complete ballcourt fencing solution. Multi-Mesh Option Rebound Panel option. This system was specifically designed to provide a perfect rebound board. The panel is manufactured from 6mm vertical wires and twin 8mm horizontals. The overall height of the panel is 2m, of which, up to a height of 1.2m the vertical wires are at 50mm centres and the horizontals at approx 68mm centres, with every third horizontal reinforced with twin wires. The remaining 800mm comprises of horizontals spaced at 200mm centres. The multi-mesh panels combine with Duo mesh panels, all fitted to a box section RHS or SHS post, to achieve an overall fence height of 3m, 4m or 5m, or a combination. For example a 3m high court that increases to 5m behind each goal. Duo Sportsfence Option Duo Panel option. As with the multi-mesh system, the Duo Sportsfence is available in heights of 3m, 4m and 5m. The Duo panels are manufactured from 6mm vertical wires and twin 8mm horizontals. Bastion Safe T panels are manufactured with a rolled top and bottom edge resulting in a very strong, stable and safe fence. Mesh The mesh is 50mm x 150mm, fully welded at every intersection. Hockey Board Both options are available with universal fixing brackets that facilitate the attachment of timber hockey boards between 150mm and 350mm in height, and a thickness of up to 50mm. The hockey board is fitted in front of the mesh. Gradients Ballcourts are generally flat, but often a very gentle gradient is required for drainage. Bastion ballcourts can be stepped by 35mm per post for this purpose. Ballcourt Gates Single gates are nominally 1200mm wide by 2m high for pedestrian access and double gates are 3000mm wide by 3.0m high.the standard gate range is ideal whether the fence around them is 3m, 4m or 5m high and are designed very much with safety in mind with neither the hinges or the slip-latch handle protruding into the court whilst the court is in use. Anti-Climb Temporary Panels McArthur Group supply the latest range of Anti-climb fencing panels, using only top quality materials for superior performance, durability and value for money. Anti-climb mesh uses closer wire spacings to prevent intruders or children gaining hand or footholds on the fence panel, making Bastion Anti-climb fences practically impossible to scale. Bastion continues to fight hard against falling standards in the construction industry and will not compromise on the demanding Bastion materials specification. Standard Anti-Climb Panel The Classic design offers excellent all round performance and value for money. Heavy duty verticals (38.1mm) combine with standard horizontal tubes (25.4mm) to give great strength and versatility. All corner welds utilise Smartweld technology, improving weld strength by up to 70% when compared to standard MIG welds Anti-climb mesh ensures compliance with HSG151 recommendations. 8 Palisade Fencing Palisade Profiles Long Life Exceptional Rigidity Superior Security Physical Deterrent Palisade is a style of fencing which is now popular around many industrial sites. Palisade is more secure than many other fencing systems, so wherever security is priority, palisade is used. Palisade gives you the choice of pale sections in either traditional D profile or W profile. For security purposes, SP, both profiles are rolled in wider and thicker steel, giving additional strength. General purpose, GP, fencing is produced in a thinner profile making it ideal for economic security where a lower fence height is sought. Produced at our specially equipped manufacturing branch in Bristol we can tender to any specification or need. Bow Top Railings Bow Top Railings can be supplied in standard panels from stock or manufactured in non standard length, Powder Coated Bow Top Railings rake or radiused panels to suit individual requirement. Bow Top is manufactured as a minimum to comply with BS 1722 part 9 where applicable and is available Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN 1461 or Galvanised and Polyester Powder coated and in heights ranging from 600mm to 2000mm. Contourail offers the most innovative Self-raking fencing system which allows for the fastest, easiest and most economical installation possible, even on sloping or undulating ground conditions. Improved Rail The design of the HD horizontal rail means that the installer can adjust the railing on site to follow ground contours and accommodate any changes in direction, as it proceeds around the fence line. The HD rail can withstand a downward pressure of up to 200kg with no permanent sag, therefore no ground tube centre supports are required. Traditional Contourail can rake to 800mm and Standard Bow Top to 550mm per panel. All Contour gates are supplied with internal lockable drop bolt and lockable slip latch as standard.
