3 Results of the Russian-Norwegian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Reconstruction of on-site engineering systems. Implementation of the following projects have been started in 2010: Construction of internal roads in Andreeva bay site Construction of on-site water supply system Construction of the second stage of sanitary sewage system including treatment facilities Reconstruction of electricity supply system
4 Results of the Russian-Norwegian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Reconstruction of on-site engineering systems. Diesel electric station (DES) has been repaired including reconstruction of RU-6/0,4 kv (distribution unit) (in 2010)
5 Results of the Russian-Norwegian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Reconstruction of on-site engineering systems Transformer substation 3х1000 kv has been constructed near DES (diesel electric station) facility including installing of stand-by diesel generators at the pad near DES facility as well as connecting of diesel generators to the reconstructed RU-6 kv of DES facility (in 2011).

Reconstruction of on-site engineering systems Construction of the part of the road from the cloakroom facility to the pier PMK-67 Laying the cable route with 4 cables from canteen to the administrative building ( Norwegian village ) Laying the sewage pipeline from canteen to the treatment facilities.

Reconstruction of on-site engineering systems Laying the main water supply line from the surge tank of storage capacity 400 m3 to the water-distributing unit located near DES facility (in 2010) Laying the main water supply line from the water- distributing unit located near DES facility to the pier PMK-67 including installation of water wells and fire hydrants (in 2011) Laying the main water supply line from the southernmost tip of repair and mechanical workshop of SRW storage facility of RW storage pad including installation of water wells and fire hydrants (in 2011) Repair of the surge tank (reservoir) of storage capacity 400 m3 of the water supply system (in 2011).

9 Russian-Norwegian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Works performed under the contracts in Contract No for preparing initial technical information for engineering of total integrated low current networks for all types of sensors at the technical territory of Andreeva bay Division of NWC SevRAO SevRAO - branch of FSUE RosRAO RosRAO. The main task of the Contract is to start works under project Construction a total integrated low current network for all types of sensors at the technical territory of Andreeva bay Division of NWC SevRAO SevRAO branch of FSUE RosRAO RosRAO in Murmansk region. Results of works fullfillment: The subcontractor has developed the Terms of Reference for development the project documentation Integrated low current networks for all types of sensors at the technical territory of Andreeva bay Division and has agreed the Terms of Reference with NWC SevRAO SevRAO - branch of FSUE RosRAO RosRAO. NWC SevRAO SevRAO - branch of FSUE RosRAO RosRAO is currently preparing the tender procedure on selection of the subcontractor for designing the integrated low current networks for all types of sensors at the technical territory of Andreeva bay Division.

Works performed under the contracts in Contract No for preparing initial technical information for making plan for a computerized training program for Andreeva bay personnel as well as subcontractor s personnel on the principles of work performance at radiation-hazardous site for improvement of proficiency of personnel involved in SNF removal from Andreeva bay in Murmansk region. The main task of the Contract is to start works under project Establishment a computerized training program and creation of the training centre at Andreeva bay Division of NWC SevRAO SevRAO branch of FSUE RosRAO RosRAO. Results of works fullfillment: NWC SevRAO SevRAO - branch of FSUE RosRAO RosRAO has carried out tender procedures on selection of the subcontractor. The Subcontractor has fullfilled operations within the frames of the following stages of the progress schedule : 1.1.Analysis of existing IT-infrastructure of Andreeva bay division Specifying the basic positions of design layout of specialized visual simulation systems.

Works performed under the contracts in Contract No for the State Expertise clearance of the project documentation for Stage II of construction of Building 154/ repair and mechanical decontamination workshop at the technical site at Andreeva bay in Murmansk region, including probable updating the project and cost estimate documentation for Stage II of construction of repair and mechanical decontamination workshop. The main task of the Contract is to start performance of works under the project Stage II of construction of Building 154/ repair and mechanical decontamination workshop at Andreeva bay in Murmansk region.

Works scheduled for Third stage of construction of on-site main engineering networks in Andreeva bay site: water supply line from RW storage pad to the laboratory facility; Second stage of construction of the sanitary sewage system; Construction of the part of the road from laboratory facility to the repair and mechanical workshop as well as from repair and mechanical workshop to DES facility.

Years Development of simulation and training programs for the personnel.
14 Russian-Norwegian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Prospects for cooperation. Year 2015 Designing and construction of Building 166 (Radiation-proof Shelter). Modernization of the physical protection system (vehicles and personal checkpoint). Construction of storm water sewage system at SRW storage pad in Andreeva bay site. Repair, modernization and fabrication of transfer equipment for SNF management. Years 2016, 2017 Preparation to discharge and discharge of SNF from DSU, SNF preparation to transportation and its transportation to FSUE Atomflot Atomflot.
15 Results of the Russian-Italian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Enclosures 1 and 2 of SRW management complex are constructed and commissioned.
16 Results of the Russian-Italian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Preliminary works for construction of the storage facility of conditioned SRW (Building 205) have been fulfilled.
17 Results of the Russian-Italian contracts in Andreeva bay site. Preliminary works for construction of the storage facility of conditioned LRW (Building 1) have been fulfilled.
18 Results of joint contracts between RF and EBRD in Andreeva bay. Construction of temporary accumulative pad TUK (Building 151).
19 Results of joint contracts between RF and EBRD in Andreeva bay. Fulfillment of works of the preparatory stage for construction of DSU Enclosure (Building 153). 1. Engineering and geological surveys are performed. 2. The following works on preparation of the construction area have been fulfilled: Equipping the perimeter of construction site of physical protection utilities; Preparation of construction site to the safe performance of works, creation of geodetic base of construction, setting out of axes of building, arrangement of temporary roads, sign boarding; Disassembling the solid reinforced concrete structures of the pipe lane; Collection and removal of SRW from construction site; Ground excavation up to the bottom level.

21 Results of joint contracts between RF and EBRD in Andreeva bay. Performance of works within the project on decommissioning of SNF pool-type store (Building 5) in Andreeva bay. Small-seized pool of SNF store (Building 5) has been surveyed.
22 Joint contracts between RF and European Commission in Andreeva bay. Works performed in Contract No for equipment supply under Task E: Nuclear Material Automated Accounting and Control System (NMAACS). Contract subject is development and supply of application software for Nuclear Material Automated Accounting and Control System (NMAACS), including required for operating the basic software, equipment, materials and spare tools and devices. Interim results of works fulfillment : It is scheduled to carry out acceptance trials of the application software for Nuclear Material Automated Accounting and Control System (NMAACS)in October Contract No for equipment supply under Task E: canisters for spent fuel assemblies (SFA) transportation. Contract subject is supply of 175 canisters of type ChT ChT for storage and transportation of spent fuel assemblies. Interim results of works fulfillment : It is scheduled to carry out production tests of the preproduction batch of canisters of type ChT ChT in October 2013.
23 Joint contracts between RF and European Commission in Andreeva bay. Works performed in Contract No for equipment supply in order to remediate the temporary storage site in Andreeva bay: «Installation of SFA gamma scanning system». Contract subject is supply of SFA gamma scanning installation, including required for operating of installation of the software, equipment, materials and spare tools and devices. Interim results of works fulfillment : Terms of Reference was approved with the Customer in August 2013.
24 The Russian-Swedish contracts in Andreeva bay. Works performed in Construction of dosimetry control station. Results of works fulfillment: Detailed and design documentation for dosimetry control station in the area of the former checkpoint has been developed. The tender procedure for selection of subcontractor is being prepared.
25 The Russian-Swedish contracts in Andreeva bay. Prospects for cooperation. Development of detailed and design documentation for connecting and installing the diesel generator plant with three diesel generators (1,0 megawatt each) in order to ensure Category 1 and 2 of the electricity supply.
