City Clarification: Exhibits A, B and G have been revised as attached. Bidders should field verify square footages of buildings. The successful bidder is responsible to move/clear any and all areas of tables, chairs, etc., in order to perform required services. DESCRIPTION The approximate square footage of the building is 9456 SF consisting of 5 offices, 4 restrooms, 1 lobby area, 1 aerobics, 1 teen room, break room, and 2 small entry ways. Of the 9456 SF, the Recreation Center has approximately 828 SF of hard/resilient surfaces. B. BASIC SERVICES Holidays are as described in the Instructions to Bidders, Section III.B.
