1 Construction Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap. 583) Recording Additional Information in Registration Card Pursuant to Section 46A of the Construction Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap. 583), it is hereby announced that starting from 22 November 2017, the Construction Industry Council (CIC) will accept application, by a person to whom a registration card has been or is to be issued, for recording on that registration card the specified additional information listed in the appendix.
