20 Observations and Insights Mid-Atlantic region had lowest scoring for each area observed State by state breakdown had mid-atlantic states on the bottom for 4 out of the 7 areas observed Ohio (3) Virginia (1) Michigan (1)

21 Observations and Insights Recycling In every region but one, people were more likely to recycle plastic bottles and aluminum cans more than glass bottles Greatest room for improvement in recycling glass is in Southeast and Southwest Messaging may need to be more targeted by state and region E.g., Mid-Atlantic was least inclined to see recycling as worth the bother
