1 Romanian Society of European Law In partnership with: NUPSPA / Faculty of Public Administration With CH BECK Publishing House And with: ATC & IT SOLUTIONS SRL Organizes the fourth edition of the International Conference: CURRENT ISSUES OF THE EU POLITICAL-LEGAL SPACE In year 2018, Romanian Society of European Law (SRDE), in the context of its interests which target, according to its Statute, the analysis and evolution of European Law with all its implications, including from a concrete - applicative perspective, in consideration of his new full-fledged membership in the International Federation of European Law (FIDE), aims to continue its cycle of conferences focused on the actuality of the EU political-legal space, which started in year 2013 with the organizing, within its academic partnership with the Faculty of Administration Public within NUPSPA, of a new scientific event, respectively the fourth edition of this International Conference.

2 For this event, where issues of maximum interest will be presented and debated, both of a theoretical, scientific nature, but also of a practical, concrete character, especially in relation to the impact of the European regulations on the national legal order, are expected researchers, university academic staff, persons with office within the different European and national institutions of profile, as well as practitioners, from the level of the central and local public administration, in whose activity encounters interference with the enforcement of the EU law or of other European exigencies. The works of the 2018 edition of the International Conference will take place Thursday, October 25 th, 2018, at Athenee Palace Hilton, Regina Maria Hall, located at Episcopiei Street no 1-3, sector 1, Bucharest. The detailed schedule of the event will be available starting with the date of , after its completion, depending on the papers that will be presented and, respectively, published in the Conference Volume. In this sense, we kindly ask you to communicate to the address: conferinta.srde@yahoo.com, until August 29 th, 2018, at the latest, the title of the paper you intend to present within the Conference sessions, properly filling out the Registration Form, attached. The in extensor study, in the Romanian and English languages, can be sent until the date of September 21 st, 2018, at the latest, to the same address: conferinta.srde@yahoo.com, the paper being written according to the attached requirements (editing conditions). The papers sent are submitted to a double blind peer review process, according to the highest international scientific standards. We mention that the topics approached in the papers must fall, from the thematic point of view, under the two main axes of the conference, namely: AXIS I: European policies, strategies and regulations AXIS II: European law implementation and publicadministration The papers accepted by the Conference scientific committee, notified as such to the authors until the date of September 25 th, 2018, presented and debated within the Conference sessions will be found in the Conference Volume, written in English, published in Curierul Judiciar, as a supplement to this specialty journal indexed in: CEEOL, Hein Online, EBSCO, published by CH BECK publishing house, accredited by CNATDCU. The supplement will benefit from the same indexation regime. The Scientific committee reserves the right to refuse acceptance of papers not falling under the Conference thematic area, papers that do not comply with the scientific evaluation assessment (proper scientific level, actuality of the topic, novelty compared to the existing doctrine, relevance of the cases analyzed, paper content according to the legislation in effect at the moment of submission)or papers not reviewed and rewritten within a reasonable time, according to the observations and suggestions of the Scientific committee. 3 SRDE non-members 325 lei 375 lei The discount granted to SRDE members is conditional solely on the up-to-date payment of the due payment in the context of the statutory obligations of the SRDE members. For the other persons interested in the participation in the SRDE 2018 Conference without the submission of scientific papers, the participation fee is 275 lei, can be paid until the day of the event, within the limits of the available places. The participation fee includes: access to the conference works, conference file, one copy of the Conference Volume, integrated in the Supplement of the Curierul Judiciar Revue, coffee breaks, lunch snack and Participation Diploma. The payment afferent to the participation will be made to the account of ATC & IT SOLUTIONS SRL, open to BRD: RO76 BRDE 426S V , CUI RO , with the mention,,participation fee SRDE conference 2018, until, at the latest, September 21 st, The fee is paid per article, not per authors.
