Our clients include some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world. Ecological Laboratories products are specially formulated to meet the needs of a wide range of environmental problems while addressing critical waste related problems such as: odor elimination, solids reduction, rapid system start-up, system recovery, system stability, improved settleability in final clarifiers, reduction in pass-through compounds and reduction in final effluent BOD, COD and SS, as well as algae and mosquito control and elimination. Ecological Laboratories extensive product line covers ponds, aquariums, domestic livestock, mosquito control, municipal/industrial, lakes, lawn & garden and crop enhancement. ECOLOGICAL LABORATORIES plant is an E.P.A. registered manufacturing facility. Where required, our natural products are authorized by the appropriate regulatory agency and may be used in most states, even where additional registration is required. Our main plant, distribution warehouse and Research & Quality Control Laboratory are located in Cape Coral, Florida. PRO-PUMP products contain nothing harmful to man, wildlife or the environment. This claim - backed by toxicity studies, bioessays and more show that PRO-PUMP products are among the safest products available anywhere. Please call our technical staff to address any questions or concerns related to your on-site wastewater system care. Application based on tank and system conditions: Use one quart to one gallon to maintain or improve system performance and help resolve system problems. Follow with one quart every six months to assure long-term biological oxidation performance. PRO-PUMP/HC (High Count Liquid Live Bacteria) On-site wastewater septic systems rely on microorganisms in the tank and soil to breakdown and remove organic waste and complete the water purification process. Primarily facultative anaerobic and aerobic bacteria perform this biological process. Maintenance of these select microbes is critical to long-term system performance. PRO-PUMP/HC is designed to meet these needs, containing microbes that exhibit a high level of facultative anaerobic and aerobic activity assuring continued system performance. PRO-PUMP/HC is a concentrated liquid culture consortium made of 12 select vegetative microorganisms with a specification of million microorganisms per/ml. This highly active bio-formulation differs from all other commercial bio-formulation in design, performance and long-term shelf life. Its outstanding performance in limited oxygen environments is derived from its select culture consortium and a novel proprietary fermentation process that results in oxidation capabilities simply not available in competitive bio-products. PRO-PUMP/HC has a production process that mirrors the environmental conditions which exist in on-site wastewater biological process THAT S WHY IT WORKS SO WELL! PRO-PUMP/HC Provides These Benefits when applied at our recommended intervals: Restores on-site system biological activity Reduces surface & bottom solids through breakdown & removal Reduces organic carry-over to absorption fields Restores tank effluent discharge level Restores absorption field capacity (percolation), breaks down & degrades slow-to-degrade organic matter & eliminates bio-mats Eliminates tank & absorption field odor Eases pump-outs. PRO-PUMP/SA (Sludge Away) PRO-PUMP/SA is a natural humus soil science product engineered to act as a bio-stimulant to speed biological processes. PRO-PUMP/SA works with PRO-PUMP/HC to break down bio-mats and other slow to dissolve solids found in septic tanks, lateral lines and drain fields. PRO-PUMP breaks down 60,000 gallons of domestic sewage in 5 weeks DAY 1 WEEK 3 WEEK 5 PRO-PUMP/SD (Septic Digestant) PRO-PUMP/SD is a highly active liquid microbial consortium designed specifically for on-site septic systems. It offers a pleasant fragrance for in-home application and features several strains of sporeforming microorganisms. PRO-PUMP/SD promotes optimum biological system performance in tanks and drain fields and is effective in cleaning and deodorizing drain lines, kitchen drains and bathroom stools. While not as potent as the liquid live bacteria in PRO-PUMP/HC, PRO-PUMP/SD offers a cost effective alternative for consumers.
3 2 MAINTENANCE For consumer monthly maintenance in convenient liquid or pre-measured dry dosages to assure continued system performance PRO-PUMP/SS (Septic Saver Kit) PRO-PUMP/SS is a combo value pack of our two best selling septic treatments: PRO-PUMP/HC and PRO-PUMP/SP septic packets, bundled as a 12-month treatment program. The kit is designed to insure a high rate of biological activity and oxidation of the waste matter within the tank and drain field. The PRO-PUMP/SS Kit is designed for use after pumping to recharge the entire septic system using the quart of PRO-PUMP/HC. PRO-PUMP/SP (Septic Packets) are designed as a monthly treatment. Packets contain several types of bacillus spore based bacteria and special enzymes to breakdown organic and inorganic solids. Homeowners flush one water-soluble packet down their toilet each month to assure continued biological activity all year long. PRO-PUMP/SS Kits also contain: Water Test Tablets (To check for toilet and faucet leaks) Septic 101 & PRO-PUMP/HC Q&A (Instructions, Questions & Answers) Tips on Maintenance and Service PRO-PUMP/TST (Total System Treatment) PRO-PUMP/TST PLUS (Total System Treatment Plus) PRO-PUMP/TST (Total System Treatment) PRO-PUMP/TST is similar to the PRO-PUMP/SP but in a liquid form. The product comes boxed as a 12 month supply. It consists of a highly active, pleasantly fragranced LIQUID bio-formulation. PRO-PUMP/TST eliminates the need for harsh drain and bowl cleaners and benefits the on-site wastewater system in a single product and application. Apply two ounces of PRO-PUMP/TST monthly per drain or area of concern. The easy-to-use 16-ounce bottles are packaged 12 per box. PRO-PUMP/TST Plus (Total System Treatment Plus) is designed to provide inside and outside benefits in a novel bio-formulation that cleans and deodorizes drain lines and treats the entire septic system in a single monthly application. When used as directed it will improve line flow, eliminate drain odor and protect your on site wastewater system. One 64oz. bottle provides a customer with a 6 month supply of product. Compared to a Leading Brand X: Contains NO enzymes or surfactants 30% MORE product per container 30% LOWER cost per unit 3 TIMES more active NOT sold in retail outlets Use 10oz. monthly divided between household drains.
4 3 BIO-REMEDIATION Absorption System Recovery The PRO-PUMP Bio-Remediation Kit OVER 17,000 absorption systems recovered! The development of the PRO-PUMP /Bio-Remediation Kit is based on well-documented historical performance of PRO-PUMP/HC in the recovery of sluggish and failed absorption fields. Ecological Laboratories has documented the usage of Pro-Pump in the recovery of over 17,000 failed on-site wastewater absorption systems, located in numerous states, climates, soil types and wastewater system designs. It is noteworthy that PRO-PUMP/HC achieves absorption system recovery in over 90% of treated regimens, with recovery lasting for many years following bio-remediation. In developing the PRO-PUMP /Bio-Remediation Kit, the Ecological Laboratories Research & Development Group considered necessary biological parameters, such as select cultures, nutrients, ph, D.O. and proper remediation procedures. The PRO-PUMP /Bio-Remediation Kit incorporates microbial enhancement technology that increases the breakdown rate of difficult and slow-to-degrade organic matter contained within absorption systems. It also incorporates natural, organic bio-stimulants, found in PRO-PUMP/SA, and oxygen sources, found in PRO-PUMP/OX, to accelerate biological activity, promoting faster removal of accumulated organic solids and bio-mats from absorption systems. Each PRO-PUMP /Bio-Remediation Kit contains a booklet, which gives background information such as: Why absorption systems fail A review of the bio-remediation recovery process Full instructions on proper application of the bio-remediation kit Bio Film Advection of attached solid material is due to the expansion of biomass. *Reference: Bio Films Montana State University Photos of Bio Mat Formation Bio Film expanded with organic matter Each Regular Bio-Remediation Kit Contains: 2 gallons of PRO-PUMP /HC 1 gal. of PRO-PUMP /SA 2 lb. of PRO-PUMP /OX Each Super Bio-Remediation Kit Contains: 4 gallons of PRO-PUMP /HC 1 gal. of PRO-PUMP /SA 4 lb. of PRO-PUMP /OX This chart shows that the microorganisms in PRO-PUMP/HC exhibit a significantly higher growth rate in both the 7-day and 14-day period, thereby substantiating PRO-PUMP/HC s superior degradation capability in conditions that exist in septic tanks and absorption fields. 5 DRAIN LINE & GREASE TRAP TREATMENT Resolve the tough problems that exist in drain lines and grease traps Simply the Best Microbial Technology in the Market! Microorganisms are the primary catalyst in the reduction of all waste organic matter from the environment. They are responsible for the biological breakdown and removal of waste organic compounds via an oxidation process where the microorganisms use the organic matter as their energy source (i.e. food). In other words, they eat the waste organic matter biologically converting the waste matter contained in the drain lines, grease traps and effluent wastewater back to the basic elements of carbon dioxide and water. Pro-Pump Biological Products designed to reduce effluent drain line and grease trap problems, and control associated odor related issues are: PRO-PUMP/HC (High Count Liquid Live Bacteria) PRO-PUMP/SA (Sludge Away) PRO-PUMP/DGTT (Drain Line and Grease Trap Treatment) PRO-PUMP/HC is our best product to use to resolve the unique and difficult problems that occur in drain lines and grease traps. Its exceptional performance results in the rapid breakdown and removal of fats, oils and greases that build up in lines and grease traps. PRO-PUMP/HC can also degrade long strain fatty acids thereby reducing odors coming from grease traps. Regular treatment of PRO-PUMP/HC reduces trap surface solids making pump outs more cost effective. Due to it s strong odor, PRO-PUMP/HC is used primarily in out-facility grease traps or to seed an in-facility grease trap that can be aired out. November 10th Solid Grease December 11th PRO-PUMP/SA can be used on it s own or in conjunction with applications of PRO-PUMP/HC. The bio-enzymatic action of PRO-PUMP/SA works well without any strong initial odors when opening a new bottle. PRO-PUMP/DGTT is a biological product designed specifically for in-facility application of commercial effluent drain lines and grease trap systems. It is a liquid, highly concentrated consortium that is pleasantly fragranced. It quickly goes to work to degrade difficult line and trap deposits and controls odorous reactions. PRO-PUMP/DGTT can be applied manually to drains but is ideal for use in automated dosing systems. Totally Liquid PRO-PUMP/HC (High Count Liquid Live Bacteria) PRO-PUMP/DGTT (Drainline & Grease Trap Treatment) PRO-PUMP/HC Reduces grease trap surface deposits, reduces grease skimming requirement and eliminates associated odor Eliminates line blockages Reduces surface solids Reduces bottom solids Breaks down heavy grease blocks Eliminates line and trap odors PRO-PUMP/DGTT Contains eight highly effective microbial cultures which degrade difficult FOG constituents and fatty acid compounds.
