3 Background Cooperation initiatives collection in Jan within water sector institutions. Many government agencies and research institutes give actively responses. The Chinese Secretariat classified and distributed them as broader as possible.

4 Research Mobilization in Jinan The International Conference on Research Cooperation was held on 16 May, 2013, in Jinan, Shandong Province. Chinese researchers have been mobilized. The Topic of Water Resources in Urbanization and Urban Planning is fully exchanged, especially some EU and Chinese cases. CEWP s progresses, principles are also introduced with some on-going cases.
