An industrial minerals producer in California, USA has successfully implemented a new HAVER wash plant to help improve their plant s cleaning process. Prior to installing the wash plant, our client had been forced to leave good product behind, as the previous wet plant was incapable of handling periodic high clay contaminated feed streams. The HAVER wash plant consists of a Hydro-Clean 2000 and a 6 x deck vibrating rinse screen. The wash plant targets cleaning clay contaminated material so that it may be processed further to produce a final product. Financially our client also benefited from the wash plant s compact design and light weight when compared to traditional washing technologies, allowing for leaner structural requirements and reduced material costs.
