7 PROPOSALS Turnkey Construction of the plants on a turnkey basis. The contract doesn t just includes the engineering and construction activities, but includes all the support necessary to arrange what is needed to carry out authorisation, connection, incentives or energy efficiency certificate. Operational leasing Universal Sun installs the plant and its own cost and keep its property, but the Costumer can dispose of it for a predetermined period of time. ESCo Universal Sun invests in the plant at its own cost and keeps the asset ownership until the end of the contractual period. Customer repays US through the two following methods: -profit Sharing -Pays a charge for the electricity and the heat consumed Post-sale services Universal Sun supplies an operation and maintenance (O&M) service, complete with made-tomeasure remote monitoring that integrates the turnkey offer and is already included in the Operational Leasing and ESCo proposal. Energy Audit Service Universal Sun supplies an Energy Audit service in accordance with the D.Lgs. 102/14 that enables Clients to individuate the best and most efficient solutions. Management of white certificates (TEE) Universal Sun also supplies a service for the management of the TEEs, that can be obtained after the implementation of energy efficiency measures.
