6 EZ Pipe Wraps - Exhaust Wrap FIELD MEASURMENT STUDY 835 F Exhaust Wrap Results: Prior to the installation of our wraps, we measure the exhaust pipe temperature as it exited the engine at 525 F (Fig. 1). As fumes pass through the exhaust pipe, heat was lost due to the minimal insulating factors of the exposed exhaust pipe. With the addition of our exhaust wraps, we have eliminated heat loss through pipe transmission. The added insulating factors cause the temperature of the fumes to increase which in turn cause the pipes exterior temperature to increased to 835 F when measured directly before the muffler (Fig. 2). This added heat (approx. 310 F) maximizes the amount of excess fuel burned which lends to better emission standards while the exterior surface of the pipe wrap was measured at a safe 72.5 F (Fig. 3) F 525 F 6

Our modular systems are 90% constructed offsite. Once onsite, installation takes as few as 5 days. The structures foundation can be bolted directly to the compressor skid or footing can be installed under the skid, thus a typical concrete pier is not required. 18

19 Full - Acoustical Enclosures Every location is different; there are many variables to consider when constructing an Acoustical Enclosure. We design all of our Acoustical Enclosures to meet all variables and install our enclosures in accordance with local building codes. Our standard Acoustical Enclosures feature a fully customizable layout and carry an STC rating of 40 and absorption rating of NRC-1. All enclosures can be designed with a higher STC rating necessary.
