11 Gulf of Mexico follow-up: ICG-Drillex OSPAR Recommendation 2010/18: on the prevention of significant acute oil pollution from offshore drilling activities ICG-DRILLEX: Assess other reviews; additional action by OSPAR if needed: review existing frameworks, including the permitting of drilling activities in extreme conditions; apply all relevant learning from the Deepwater Horizon accident. If needed; take action within the scope of the OSPAR Convention.
