4 CALIDUM EMBER FURNACES The furnaces of the Enerstena Company Group are designed in accordance with the latest technologies. The biomass combustion furnaces operate under the gas generation principle, with inclined moving grates. The combustion process in the furnace is controlled according to the amount of oxygen in the flue gases. The furnace masonry is made from heat-resistant materials. 6 UP TO 150 MW ECONERG FLUE GAS CONDENSERS The Enerstena Company Group designs and manufactures flue gas condensers for biomass boilers with a capacity of up to 150 MW. Using the flue gas condensers, manufactured from stainless steel, it is possible to essentially increase the heat generation while burning the same amount of fuel. This is due to the deep cooling of the flue gas and the condensation of water vapour in the flue gas condenser. Through this process, additional heat amounting up to percent can be obtained. Such operational indicators of the flue gas condenser are reached due to the non-dried wood that is combusted in the biomass boilers, so that the major part of the combustion heat is used for the evaporation of the fuel s moisture. In the flue gas condensers, contrary to the boiler, the heat is recovered and is used. We guarantee a temperature difference of up to 3 C between the incoming water and the outgoing flue gas. The main indicators of the flue gas condenser are as follows: the thermal power and electricity consumption necessary for the generation of 1 MWh of heat are recovered from the flue gas; these indicators are always visible on the operator s PC. The flue gas condenser s control system is fully automated, so that the equipment operates automatically without the permanent supervision of the operator. All of the technological measurements, the state of the equipment, events, failures and faults are displayed on the operator s control panel and the operator s workplace PC, where all of the data is archived. The flue gas condenser is equipped with a condensate treatment and neutralisation system, with drainage of the formed sediments. The condensate treatment, neutralisation and drainage system has been developed by the specialists of the Enerstena Company Group and operates in automated mode. The company s long-time experience has enabled this filtration system to be designed so that it will operate reliable and require minimal maintenance from the servicing staff. 7 From 300 kw to 1500 kw AIRONERG HOT AIR GENERATORS The AIRONERG hot air generators manufactured by the Enerstena Company Group are designed for supplying hot air to grain or wood dryers, and for heating large areas. ADVANTAGES OF THE AIRONERG HOT AIR GENERATORS: Convenient operation. Selection of the airflow and pressure of the hot air fan. Fuel used biomass.
