2 GPC Clean-up Systems Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is a common and convienient technique for post-extraction sample clean-up prior to analysis by GC, GC/MS, HPLC or LC/MS. GPC clean-up performs selective removal of high-molecular weight interferents such as lipids, pigments, proteins, humic acids and plasticizers while maintaining sample integrity. It also contains two separate liquid paths which reduce post-dead volume and associated cross-contamination between fractions. The user-friendly graphical interface allows for simple and efficient method creation and optimization of fraction collection.
