7 Lessons leant so far Through twinning partnerships Federal States can take over global responsibility for climate & resource protection. A joint working process with a clear focus can support partner countries in developing strategies for coping with environmental and social challenges. European environmental technology, combined with labour intensive desmantling and recycling techniques can help combining economic, environmental and social benefits. In combination with technical cooperation, they can leverage own resources. Seite 7
