1 Water Treatment System Introduction of GTS: Global Techno Systems Engineering (GTS Engineering) was established in Singapore 1999 (Singapore RCB Reg.No: A) and specializing in engineering services. Formally we were known as 3A-Software Development & Consultant services and we had been renamed to GTS Engineering to emphasis more about our Engineering and other Professional services. GTS is being managed by experienced Engineers from 5 years to 28 years in the field of Industrial Plants and Engineering Design Services (Industrial, Power and water treatment plant services) with local and International exposure. GTS is working both in Singapore as well as in India in order to minimize the operating cost of our works so that our client benefits at a competitive price of supply and service. According to the volume of Engineering work and the urgency of the schedule, the job will be done either in Singapore or India so that the Client schedule will be strictly controlled as per the agreement. If needed further, working staff will be mobilized from India to Singapore or to the client spot to expedite the work and maintain the quality of work. In India, GTS is working with some of the ISO certified Engineering Service provider to ensure our quality Detailed Engineering Service. GTS also tied -up with Indian Associates to fulfill its commitment towards its client for competitive and quality product water treatment systems. Our motto is to perform a quality Service at the right time of delivery and at the right price. Water Treatment System Generally GTS water treatment systems shall be designed and supplied to the client site. Also we will take care of site installation Engineering supervision and Testing and commissioning. Whereas the complete site installation activities including direct labour and installation equipments will be included as per the client RFQ as an additional scope. 2 Our strength in providing solutions for water, wastewater treatment and recycling systems using various physico-chemical for settling, clarification, filtration, disinfection, membranes and ion exchange technologies. We also have the best biological processes for removal of biodegradable organics from the effluent including nutrient removal and also offer MBR systems. We use latest technology and software for design, engineering and project management. Our strong design and engineering capabilities include process, electrical and mechanical providing optimum designing at the minimum operating cost. Our In-house project management capabilities ensure timely execution of the project. Our project team ensures site management during execution with focus on quality and on-time completion. We have extensive experience and expertise in the water and wastewater treatment technologies which is briefly summarized below: Municipal Wastewater Treatment We offer one of the widest ranges of treatment options for Municipal Wastewater Treatment. Biological systems offered include Vertical Loop Reactor, Fine Bubble Membrane Diffusers, Oxidation ditch-type Multiple-pass aeration, Nutrient removal through nitrification/de-nitrification. Besides this, the thrust is always on efficiency and minimum operating costs. For sludge digestion, we offers unique gas mixing systems for anaerobic digesters equipped with fixed or floating covers in single stage or two stage digestion system. Our major jobs include 160 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for the city of Delhi, 30 MLD STP with Tertiary Treatment for Hussain Sagar Lake Project in Hyderabad etc. Another job of 20 MLD STP for Hussain Sagar Lake Project in Hyderabad is to have 20 MLD Ultra-filtration as Tertiary Treatment. We offer MBR systems for advanced biological treatment requirements.

3 Municipal Water Treatment Our equipments and technology for turnkey solutions for water treatment requirement ranging from process water for industries to municipal water for drinking purposes. We offer entire range that involves chemical conditioning, clarification, filtration, disinfection, ion exchange and membrane based systems. Among its other installations, is a 144 MLD (6000 m 3 /hr) water treatment plant for the city of Agra set up under the World Bank Financing Scheme. Process Water Treatment A complete range of solutions are offered for process water requirement including Boiler Feed water, cooling water requirement. We have complete range of products such as Clarifiers, Sand Filters, Carbon Filters, Softeners, De-ionization Plants and reverse osmosis systems including pretreatment which includes micro-filtration and ultrafiltration, to provide even ultra pure water. We ensure the most appropriate technically and commercially viable system without being biased to any specific technology. We have has installed one of the largest process Water Treatment Plant of 6000 M 3 /Hr. capacity at NTPC, Vindhyachal, India. Intake Water Works GTS associate offers equipment & technology for turnkey packages for intake water, water and sewage inflows for various applications such as Intake water works for industries, Intake water for sewage pumping station and Intake water for power plants. Systems can be offered with fixed or traversing type Trash Cleaning / Screening equipment to meet the various requirements. We can offer these packages with Through Flow and/or Dual Flow Traveling Water Screens, to suit the specific site requirement. Sludge Dewatering GTS offers solutions for industrial / municipal sludge dewatering. Belt Filter Press and/or Vacuum Filters can be provided to meet the specific requirement of these packages. We have one of the largest installations of 17 Nos Filter Presses till now with Surat Municipal Corporation till date for their various Sewage Treatment Plants. High Purity Systems GTS Indian associates offers complete range of High Purity Systems including those required for Boiler Feed applications. This may include RO / (MB or EDI) configuration or DM / (MB or EDI option). We provide pre & post options for colloidal silica removal in such systems which may include Membrane systems.

4 Our associate has completed various large high purity systems namely, RO / MB plant of capacity 200 M 3 /Hr. for Boiler Feed application for Khatauli Co-gen Power Plant, 3 x 67 M 3 /Hr. capacity fully automatic DM plant for 2 x 300 MW Amarkantak TPS for Lanco Infratech Ltd., 3 x 75 M 3 /Hr. DM Plant for 2 x 260 MW Anpara C TPS for Lanco Infratech Ltd., 2 x 50 M 3 /Hr. fully automatic DM plant for Visa Steel, Orissa. Desalination System In order to provide complete range of treatment options, we offer Sea Water desalination plant based on advanced technology options including pre-treatment through ultra filtration. Our project at 2x MW Udupi TPS include 16.2 MLD Desalination Plant involving 2 stage filtration followed by SWRO module followed by MB unit to produce water for Boiler feed quality. Advanced Pre-treatment In various applications water require extensive pre-treatment so that downstream units are safe from the impurities which may otherwise damage the system which is crucial for High Purity systems where main treatment include either Membrane based solutions or Resin based technologies. We provide Microfiltration and also Ultra-filtration in association with Memcor, Australia. We are currently executing a job involving 3 x 45 M 3 /Hr. UF Streams as Pre-treatment to RO / MB plant at Indorama Petrochemicals Ltd., Nagpur. Effluent Recycle/Reuse To provide the total water solutions to our esteemed customers, we have strengthened ourselves with the complete range of membrane based systems. Our range of product includes cartridge filters, micro- filtration, ultra-filtration and reverses osmosis systems. Some of our major jobs for effluent recycling include 3 x 100 M 3 /Hr. Effluent Recycling system for Giral power project of RRVUNL, Barmer, Rajasthan, 2 x 144 M 3 /Hr. RO based Effluent Recycling system for Utran Power project of GSEC, Gujarat, 140 M 3 /Hr. UF Membrane system for Effluent Recycling for Maruti Udyog Ltd., Gurgaon, 8000 M 3 /day capacity RO based Effluent Recycling system for Sitarganj Industrial Estate in Uttaranchal etc.
