Depending on the guide lines approved by the Shareholders Assembly on the and on the Budget approved by the Board of Directors for the 2010 and following updating, we state that ALOT intends to assign: Professional Collaboration for the support to the transnational activities of the project: SOL Save our lives (2CE134P2) co-financed project by the Central Europe Program For information on the project: Estimated activity for the assignment 1. Project Management: a. Day to day project management, coordination and internal communication b. Steering and monitoring of the project implementation c. Activities & financial reporting support 2. Communications, knowledge management and dissemination: a. Analysis and evaluation of the project deliverables b. Media communication/ dissemination c. Non-media communication/ dissemination and website 3. CEUS Road Safety Assessment & Multi-Stakeholder Groups: Creation of local/regional multistakeholder RS Networks (RSN) a. Final Report of the contract activities The reward provides as basis for the downward 175, (onehundredseventyfivethousand/00) all inclusive (VAT and any travel costs included). The contract will last until February Essential requirements for the admission to the selection: Referring to the owner of the legal representative: Entitlement of civil and political rights; Not to have had criminal conviction and not to be recipient of measures that will include the application of prevention measures, civil decisions and administrative measures included in the criminal courts under existing legislation; Not to know to be under criminal proceeding; The skills strictly required for admission to the selection are as follows: 1. Professional experience of at least 10 years track record in road safety, with respect to: a. managing projects with international financing; b. management of training action to citizens and professionals; c. collection, management of best practice internationally; d. development and implementation of international strategies and demonstration projects; 2. Applications characterized by: a. high degree of cross-disciplinary skill; b. international experts, members of international organizations in road safety; Pagina 2 di 7

3 c. turnover in the period of at least 4,000,000, in the case of Temporary Joint Venture more than 80% of the leader; d. Turnover specific (road safety projects) of at least 20 times the value of the assignment; 3. Referring to the CVs of the participants in the application: a. Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English. The requirements must be fulfilled on the date of issue of the notice. The preferential titles subject to evaluation are as follows: Technical capacity: Number of company premises in road safety at the international level; Participation in projects of internal working on road safety; Membership of Associations and International Agreements for road safety; Referring to the CVs of the participants in the application: Professional experience: postgraduate, salaried, at least of 5 years of experience and proven at international organizations in road safety To have carried out the master / post-graduate courses in the specific issues; Can participate in the selection: Sole proprietors; Company or corporations; Professional individual; Associate professionals; Temporary joint ventures (ATI) Pagina 3 di 7

4 Submission of nominations Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope and sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by hand delivery, at the headquarters of ALOT - Via Cipro Brescia, Italy. For hand delivery during the hours from Monday to Thursday 9:00-12:00 14:00-16:30, Friday 9:00-12:00, please call in advance to +39/345/ Applications must be received (and not just sent) by the deadline below mentioned, as attested to by the receipt, not the date of forwarding. ALOT do not assume any liability for wrong information of the candidate or by any postal mistake. Envelopes that arrive at the headquarters of ALOT after the deadline will not be considered for selection. ALOT doesn t assume any liability arising from incorrect statement of the applicant or any postal dislocation. The envelope must contain the following documents in Italian or English: 1. Application for admission to the selection, prepared according to the form enclosed with this notice (Annex A) including signature information regarding the handling of personal data; 2. A signed copy of a valid ID card of the owner or of the legal representative of the Company of or the group leader in case of Temporary Joint Venture; 3. Curriculum vitae in European format (Europass) or the designed project responsible and of the other participants, signed in original with the authorization to process personal data in accordance with the effects of the Italian D. Lgs 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) n. 45/2001; 4. Description of specific professional experience and up to a maximum of 6 pages (additional pages will not be considered for evaluation); 5. Declaration of commitment to compliance with the prescribed safety measures at work ex. Legislative Decree 81/2008; Pagina 4 di 7

5 6. Declaration of commitment to assume all obligations of the tracking of financial flows in Article 3 of Law August 13, 2010, No 136, as amended; 7. Equivalent declaration of attested affidavit on the excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, of the requirements for participation at selection, availability to work in location of each SOL Project Partner and at the ALOT associated Provinces ones in Bergamo, Brescia, Cremona o Mantua; 8. Technical offer describing the activities planned up to a maximum of 5 pages (additional pages will not be considered for evaluation); 9. Economic offer with a decline rate up to a maximum of 15%, based on the above-mentioned basis for the downward; Note: The economic offer must be made by signed statement, indicating the decreasing percentage of the baseline, expressed in figures and words, that the candidate has to offer. In the event of a discrepancy between the decline in letters and figures, will be considered the most advantageous for ALOT. The economic offer must be locked, without other documents, under penalty of exclusion, in a separate sealed envelope and countersigned on the closing flaps laying out the words "OFFER". The predicted envelope must be included in the envelope containing other documents then sealed and countersigned on the closing flaps. In case of absence of one or more of the documents requested, the application will be automatically excluded from selection. The scores assigned to other offers will be calculated in proportion to those of the best deals. The Commission chaired by the Director reserves the right to conduct talks aimed at assessing the candidates and the possession of qualifications and requirements. 6 Reserve ALOT reserves the right not to initiate the selection procedure or not to proceed with an assignment, without the candidates can raise any exception about this.
