1 Staff Performance Evaluation STAFF: POSITION: DATE: EVALUATOR: Purpose of Evaluation To broaden one s effectiveness as an integral member of the churches staff. Instructions The Pastor, Council President and two members of the Church Council are to evaluate the performance of the (Secretary/staff) by (date) of each year to ensure proper consideration of a merit increase for the new fiscal year. The staff member will also evaluate him/herself and will have input into the final evaluation. During a formal review time, the ratings and comments will be discussed with the staff person. The current evaluation is an end of probationary/annual review. Listed below are a number of traits and characteristics which are considered important for effective implementation of secretarial\staff duties.
