Productivity = Size in FP / Effort in person months. 12

Classify the task type as task / review or rework type 2. Classification of tasks at the right level e.g. High level vs detail requirement 3. Follow simple thumb rules such as 8/80 (Minimum of 8 hours and Max of 80 hours for any task) 13
