2 ABOUT STYLETEX ASIA MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER & CEO Sumon Salahuddin Style tex asia started its journey in 2006 by setting up a small knit garment manufacturing unit in Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Now it has been relocated to our own land in Gazipur with an eco-friendly Garment Factory Unit on 23,000 Sqft of Land on the Asian Highway, just about 25 kilometers or 30-minute drive from Dhaka. Since inception, it has been widely recognized by happy clients from different parts of the world as a reliable and quality-conscious factory that ares a out uyers requirements, as well as, maintains a healthy, hygienic and safe atmosphere for the people who are working for the company. The management of Style Tex Asia is dynamic, pro-active and sincere to their jobs taking advantage of their technical know-how, industry knowledge and expertise developed over the last decade. Our core products are: T-Shirts, tank tops, polo shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hoodies, leggings and other knit garments for Canada, EU, NZ, Aus, UK & the US markets. Our corporate office in Dhaka and our newly expanded Factory unit in Gazipur have built a data communication link and real time data on production, accounts, inventory, procurement, commercial and merchandizing activities facilitating day-to-day updates to customers. The entire factory premise has all the state of the art technologies required in support of the buyer and ensures timely delivery. We have a great team and an advanced production system put in place to make sure we do our jobs right. We are proud of our quality standards, thanks to the experience gained from working mostly for high-end branded clothing labels in Canada, NZ, AUS & USA. We strive for excellence through providing our customers with top quality garments and sincere services to ensure long term relationships with them.

We understand that our manufacturing unit should not stand apart from the country in which they operate and that their activities and conduct should be a source of positive influence. As a responsible company we are an equal opportunity employer for both male and female employees. We are an eco-friendly factory where we treat our workers with respect and happy work environment which ensures more responsibility and dedication from the workforce. We pay our employees higher than the minimum wage and our overtime policy is much more generous than other competitors as we believe in investing in our human resources. We take care of our employees medical needs. More specifically - workforce rights: Employment shall be freely chosen and regular with no forced, bonded or involuntary labor. Deposits or identity papers will not be withheld. Freedom of association and collective bargaining will be supported without discrimination, with parallel means adopted if local law restricts such behavior. Employees will be treated with respect and their health, safety and basic human rights will be protected and promoted. All activities and premises will comply with SKCL health and safety policy, which forms an integral part of this overall policy. We will fulfill all our legal obligations in terms of employment, payment and benefits whilst ensuring a living wage is paid. Conditions will be documented before appointment. Working hours will reflect those of the sectors in the country we operate and shall not be more than 48 hours per week on a regular basis nor include more than 12 hours voluntary overtime weekly.
