What do QMS do? QMS provides a professional, hassle-free consultation and support service for organisations seeking Internationally Recognised Certification. Having helped implement thousands of management systems worldwide, QMS s market-leading services include everything from drafting a compliant manual, to offering on-site training and certification. It only takes 4 steps Stage 1 Gap analysis Consultant visits to run through a gap analysis, and then draft a manual to the chosen standard, highlighting areas of non-compliance. Surveillance To ensure the client s certification remains valid, the manual and processes must be checked on an annual basis by QMS. This happens within 30 days of the anniversary of the certification date. Stage 2 Implementation The client will need to action any non-conformances highlighted in the gap analysis report and ensure that the necessary policies and procedures are brought into use within the organisation. QMS can advise on how best to do this. Certification A QMS consultant will visit the client to check that the processes documented within the manual are being followed and, providing all is found to be in order, present the client with the draft manual and certification.
