3 Modules Etiquette Everything from business to social etiquette - as well as manners appropriate to various cultures. We learn how to sit properly; lay a formal and informal dinner table and what is considered mannered in various situations. Basic first aid First aid awareness, CPR and legalities around First Aid are taught. A professional in this field is called in to assist. Modelling and Deportment Basic ramp and photographic modelling skills, including good posture and deportment. Modelling is great for confidence building! Style and Wardrobe planning The art of dressing according to your body shape and occasion (Business appropriate wear) in the right colour and style for the individual. How to accessorise as well as other great style/wardrobe tips. Customised according to men and women. Home Maintenance Here we cover basic handyman jobs such as plumbing, tyre changing, working with power tools and changing electrical plugs. All safety measures are covered. Décor and Design Students are taught how to decorate a home and use space effectively. Various styles of design are covered (Edwardian to Contemporary) and the students are given many wonderful decorating ideas to try at home or at events.

4 Entertaining Planning for formal business events and informal parties. We cover dining and entertainment etiquette, party snacks and cocktails / mocktails. Wine appreciation Which wine goes with which food, fancy serviette folding and flower arranging. Public Speaking In this class students are taught to focus on speaking to a crowd or one-on-one. We touch on breathing techniques, eye contact, pitch, gestures and modulation. The art of good conversation is also practiced. Self-defence In this lesson we touch on safety awareness. Students are also taught basic selfdefence techniques by a professional. Both young men and women are susceptible to harm in this day and age. Relationships The importance of self and how to enjoy successful relationships with management, colleagues, suppliers and clients, family and friends. Career Planning and Interview Skills We cover the importance of the career path, self-motivation, working with mentors and interview skills. Goal Setting The importance of setting personal and professional goals and the different tools which can be used. Dance The art of dancing with a partner seems to be lost. The ability to dance for pleasure and fitness is delivered by a team of professional dancers.

5 Time Management The value of time is stressed in this lesson and the students are taught how to effectively allocate time in their day to day lives to maximise their daily performance. Nutrition, Exercise In this lesson we stress the benefits of healthy living and the importance of exercising regularly. Money Matters Covering all aspects of household finances and budgeting as well as ways to save money when shopping. These techniques are the groundwork for working with company budgets and expenses. Personal Care We cover manicures, pedicures, skin care, hair care/style and professional make up application (for women) and personal grooming (for men).
