11 KEY AREAS IN THE TORS Needs Assessment and Gap Analysis of the internal and external environment of KRA. Skills assessment of the project team and staff critical to project implementation. Provide recommendations that will guide implementation of the new solutions. Identify key internal and external stakeholders relevant to project implementation. Scope definition and development of technical and functional specifications. Develop the Business Case and Project Cost Estimates/Budget options. Recommend an internal staff structure with job descriptions relevant to the management of the new solutions. Define and document the Information Architecture for the new solutions. Develop the Content Management Strategy, structure and processes for organizationwide management of the new solutions. Recommend and advise KRA on the optimal web hosting needs and security setups/controls that need to be considered. Recommend and advise KRA on the software and hardware requirements for the new solutions /03/2017

Identify, profile project risks and map out a Risk Management Strategy.
