1 Implementation and Replication Menu of Services Basic Implementation: These technical assistance services allow the partners in a given locality to implement a licensed program with access to all documents, curriculum and practices. However, a Basic program cannot replicate another program on their own, participate in a research study or have any outside tours (except for the purposes of student recruitment and local marketing). In all marketing materials, publicity and grant applications sites must reference their affiliation and origination of the program with Cincinnati Children s Hospital Medical Center. In addition, each site must pay an annual licensing fee of $ after the completion of the first of operation. Activity Description Suggested Dates Overview This training is designed as the first step of technical assistance to implement all programs. All partners (Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Developmental Disabilities, Community Rehabilitation Provider, etc.) need to be present for this training. If the host business is identified they could also be included for all or part of the training. The training includes: In-depth overview of the program including model fidelity components Review of partner roles and responsibilities using job descriptions and pie charts Funding and resource contribution from each partner Resource Guide overview Success measures identification Task list/timeline creation of all major steps needed to implement the program Meeting agendas formation for Steering Committee Business Proposal development Technical Assistance Next Steps Six to nine months before program start Cost 1

This advanced status allows the program to replicate in the same community using the identical partners (except the host business) without technical assistance from Central Administration (located at Cincinnati Children s Hospital Medical Center), give tours to other programs in the region or similar industry sectors and participate in research studies. All sites need to mention their affiliation and origination of the program with Cincinnati Children s Hospital Medical Center. Each site must pay an annual licensing fee of $ after the completion of the first of operation. Activity Description Suggested Dates Performance Review Audit This audit reviews the site in relation to the 12 model fidelity components and the other program elements. The series of interviews and observations results in a team meeting at the conclusion of the process on the second day with recommendations for continuous improvement.
