Manage on-campus interviews and register for career fairs and events! Click here: careers4monarchs.com create an account post a job 1 After accessing the website above, click "New Employer", select the "Free" option, and complete your registration 1 Under the "My Jobs" header, click "add job" on the far right of the screen 2 Under the "My Schools" header "Request a school connection" and search for our university under the state Virginia. If you have been given our school code, use that option instead. 2 Complete the job posting thoroughly, click "save" 3 3 Under the "Company Profile" header create your company's visual profile, by selecting image tiles that represent your company and its culture. You should now have 1 or more postings in the "submitted" box and we will vet your position for approval! All account requests and job postings are subject to approval

4 F A L L S E M E S T E R CAREER FAIRS CDS sponsors 8 annual Career Fairs, held in the Fall, Spring, and Summer. Your active participation in our Career Fairs gives you an opportunity to market to and talk to students, alumni, & local military personnel about your organization. Click here: REGISTER FOR AN ODU CAREER FAIR 1 Under the "School Events" header, click "register" for the fair(s) that you are interested in. 4 Click "Add 1 to cart" for the registration type that you would like and are eligible for. 2 Enter your industry, name of attending representatives, and the majors you are hiring. Click save and it will forward you to the registration page. 5 Click "Go to cart/checkout" and review your selection, if all is correct, click "Checkout by Invoice", then "Submit". If you have more than two representatives, "Add 1 to cart" for each additional rep. (Ex. - for 3 reps, add additional representative once.) 3 6 You will then receive an with the invoice and payment instructions and confirmation of your registration. All fair registrations are subject to approval

5 F A L L S E M E S T E R FALL 2018 FAIRS Regular Registration (RR): Includes a $50 non-refundable processing fee, parking, 6 foot draped booth with two chairs, table sign, event marketing and lunch for 2 representatives. Premium Registration (PR): In addition to RR inclusions, PR provides priority preference on booth placement and company name, logo, and booth location on Arenavision electronic displays and employer booklet & a ACCOUNTING FAIR - $350 12p - 3p: Your organization is cordially invited to attend Old Dominion University's Accounting Job Fair! The ODU Accounting Job Fair typically attracts of our top Accounting students and alumni. GRADUATE FAIR - $220 11a - 2p: This 2 day fair is an exciting event especially for students and alumni interested in pursuing graduate and professional degrees. The graduate fair typically attracts about students a day. FALL FAIR - **$610 (RR) $770 (PR) 1030a - 230p: This fair is for companies offering full-time career opportunities, internships, and is one of our biggest events of the year, with 100 companies and over 1,000 ODU students & alumni. TEACHER RECRUITMENT FAIR - $195-4p: This fair allows for employers to network with about students and interview them for education positions, in the same day!

6 F A L L S E M E S T E R INDIVIDUALIZED RECRUITMENT ACTION PLAN (IRAP) Interested in recruiting outside of the box of job posting and fairs? Would you like to enhance your brand on our campus? Meet with our team at ODU! Please our On-Campus Recruitment and Career Fair Coordinator, Amber Heyward, indicating your desire to create an "IRAP" with us. Please list your targeted recruiting majors and three tentative dates and times that you are available. We will coordinate a meeting for your team with Saranette Williams, our Associate Director for Employer Programs and Development, and the liaison(s) respective to the major that you are intending to recruit, as available.
