9 Goal 3: Streamline regional coordination of policies, programs, services, & investments Designate lead agency (TDM Program Manager) for management & funding allocation for regional TDM programs Restructure Employer Services Committee (ESC) to be within existing MPO committee structure Designate single organization, overseen by TDM Program Manager, to administer outreach & marketing programs Enhance operations & integrated marketing of vanpool program Establish clear roles & responsibilities for all partners & stakeholders Align TDM planning & decision making with regional planning process
10 Goal 4: Enhance programs for noncommute trips & changing markets Develop tailored services for nontraditional commute & off-peak travel Improve access & mobility for aging population Respond to changing needs of young & millennial population Source: FHWA & Census Bureau
