3 L Assembly/Operation. Thread the Right Eccentric Handle [] onto the shaft runnir:g thrcugr. the Right Eccentric Rod ['2] as shown in the Assembly Diagram on Page 5. Secure wirh two Nuts [5]. 2. Before operating this product, mount the unit to a workbench or floor using 7/6'' mounting hardware (not included). Be sure that the mounting surface is solid, level and capable of supporting the weight of the Pan and Box Brake, in addition to the weight of the work pieces. 3. Insert or remove Brake Dies [2] by loosening or tightening the hex be is in the center of each Die. Adjust the thickness of the jaw opening by raising or lowering the Nuts on the two Positioning Fix Shafts [8] (see Fig. A, below). Be sure that the jaw opening is even throughout for consistent results. 4. Position work piece inside jaw opening. Lower the Dies onto the work piece and lock into place by rotating the Right Eccentric Handle and Left Connecting Rod. Raise the Mobile Pattern Plate {3] using the two lower handles. as shown ir Fig. B, until work piece has been bent to t.a desired angle.
