9 System design options Wide variety of options available to perfectly match application needs: Swivel, lockable Casters Alarm providing an audible indication for reject or other system fault condition Stack light - providing an visual indication for reject or other system fault condition PEC registration using a Photo Electrical Cell mounted in front of the Metal Detector to trigger on the pack leading edge for more precise reject timing. (Standard on all Pusher reject systems)

10 System design options Stainless steel Reject Bin with lockable access door for the collection of rejected product Reject Area Guard: Lexan (clear) guarding material to cover reject area and prevent the assertion of hands and arms. Reject Confirmation: Photo Electrical Cell registering if rejected pack has been removed successfully from the belt.

11 System design options Bin Full Detection: (Only available with the selection of the reject bin option) Photo Electrical Cell is detecting the level of rejected products within the reject bin. Product Guides: Plastics guides mounted to the frame, ensuring the products are guided through the metal detector head Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled Motor (TEFC) or Washguard motor
