1 DM Series DM500 - DM1100 and DM Infinity Series Operational Changes Effective January 2, 2011 As a result of, and in addition to, the USPS Rate Change effective January 2, 2011, changes have been made that affect the operation of your product. Listed below are the changes. Please refer to RC00320, the Summary of Changes document, for the complete list of classes whose prices have changed. Standard Mail Changes The designation BMC has been changed to NDC for Standard Mail Regular and Nonprofit classes. Effective March 14, 2010 the USPS changed the designation Bulk Mail Center (BMC) to Network Distribution Center (NDC) in the Domestic Mail Manual and other related publications. This was to align the terminology with changes to the USPS business model relative to BMC processing and transportation.
