A research institute on transport & logistics National think-tank for developing policy/technology on transport & logistics Government affiliated and financed - Established on 1986 by Ministry of Transport - Officially joined the NRCS (Nat l Research Council for Economics, Humanities & Social Sciences) on 1999 Article of the Government Grant Act for the Establishment, Operation and Promotion of Research Institutes
