25 Launching Criteria Level 1 => HEMS as a default Level 2 => HEMS after the arrival of a ground team Level 3 => special events, transfer between hospitals, etc

26 MDA HEMS Overall 366 launchings and 331 med-evac Most Transports (70%) trauma due to RA most patients (83%) were transported to RAMBAM and SOROKA 38 patients (11%) were transported to designated hospitals in the center of Israel 20% of med-evacs due to non-trauma emergency
