2 Application Overview: MyMonsanto.com is the transactional website where Asgrow, DEKALB and Deltapine Dealers, Crop Protection Distributors, and Seed Contract Managers can access Financial, Order, Sales Reporting, and Seed Stewardship tools, along with links to documents, forms, and other pertinent websites. Target Audience: U.S. Asgrow, DEKALB, Deltapine and Crop Protection Dealers plus Seed Contract Managers. This tool also has functionality to pull statements and invoices. Automated Tank Monitoring System (ATMS) - Allows monitoring the gallon levels of user s chemistry bulk tanks. Also tracks all fill and draw activity. Electronic Stock Transfers - Ability to submit and approve seed stock transfers from dealer to dealer. 3 Application Overview: SeedTrak is the transactional software used by Monsanto Asgrow and DEKALB Dealers to place seed orders, manage inventory, and manage billing activities with growers. Target Audience: Primarily for Asgrow and DEKALB independent seed-only dealers, not retailers selling multiple brands or other crop inputs. Dealer Comment: These [tools] have all made my life much easier to run this business and have the free time that you want to spend with your family. Key Features & Functionality: Data Exchange - allows for electronic transmission of information to and from Monsanto. Grower Order(GO)/Invoice Entry provides dual-purpose format for point and click simplicity with professional-looking, printable results. Dealer Order Summary (DOS) Report - provided electronically from Monsanto during data exchange; combines order, shipping, transfer and total sold data to offer a true long/short calculation. Electronic Delivery Notification (EDN) - Bill of Lading details (seed type, quantity, lot #, etc.) transmitted, eliminating need for manual inventory entry. Electronic Stock Transfers - ability to submit and approve dealer seed stock transfers to Monsanto. Grower Point of Sale (GPOS) Transmission - once a delivery date is entered into a grower order/invoice, delivery receipt information can be selected to automatically flow to Monsanto Financial Point of Sale (FPOS) Transmission - electronically send financial information for more efficient processing. Dealer Order Confirmation - once a grower order/invoice has been submitted, seed is automatically added to dealer order, if available. Inventory Management - gives ability to track seed inventory by product, variety and trait from receipt through customer delivery; also offers tracking of dealer to dealer transfers. Bar Code Scanner - optional application available to capture seed moving in and out of the dealer s warehouse. Transactions captured via the bar code scanner will update SeedTrak. Grower to Grower Transfer - easily move seed between grower orders/invoices without affecting previous dealer order reservations. Invoice & Delivery Receipts - print professional looking invoices and delivery receipts. Product Availability List (PAL) - access PAL information from grower order/invoice screen within SeedTrak.
