1 Print Manager Note: Must have a basic paid subscription through Stamps.com or Endicia.com to purchase postage through Gamut Purchase one or hundreds of shipping labels at a time Print USPS domestic shipping labels for First Class, Priority, Priority Mail Express, Parcel Select, or Media Mail Print USPS International labels, including custom forms, for first class, priority, and express mail Provide a USPS SCAN form for bulk package processing by USPS Print the item SKU, description, location and any order comments on the back of your printed label for easy packing (must have duplex printing capabilities)

2 Print Manager Orders under the Order Manager status Pending Print will be imported to the Print Manager automatically whenever the Print Manager Tab is selected

3 Print Manager : Filter or Sort You can sort by any of the displayed categories including shipping method or package type You can filter the orders based on: Domestic or International orders Prepared (Orders with prepared labels) Preparing labels allows you to view the total cost before you purchase Purchased (Orders with purchased labels) Printed (Orders with printed labels) Error (Order which had an error when purchasing labels) Canceled (Orders with voided labels) No inventory Assigned (Orders under the Pending Print status without the inventory assigned)

4 Print Manager: Order Information When an order is selected the order information appears at the bottom of the screen: Item details for the order Order or customer comments Order details such as total price and total weight

5 Print Manager : Order Options Duplicate will create another label for an order. For example, Duplicate can be used when an order already has a printed label, but another shipping label is required due to a replacement or exchange item. The duplicated order will be placed in the New status. Hide will temporary hide the order until a change is made Order Manager (to permanently remove an order from Print Manager, you can change the Order Manager Status of the order to anything other than Pending Print Archive will permanently hide or archive orders, unless searched, from the Print Manger Screen. Completed orders with printed labels should be archived. When a Scan Form is created, all of the printed orders included on the scan form are moved automatically to archived status

6 Print Manager: Prepare Once the correct weight, shipping method, and package type are selected for a single or group of orders: Select all of the orders you are ready to prepare for shipping Select Prepare Selected All selected orders, which do not have any errors, are moved to the Prepared status and are ready to be purchased Before you purchase: Fix any orders which had errors Check the total cost

7 Print Manager: Preparing Error Purchasing errors can occur when: The weight of the package is 0 The shipping address is incomplete There was a processing error when sending the orders for purchasing (these orders can typically just be resubmitted to purchase)

8 Print Manager : Purchasing Once prepared, the Total postage cost is shown along with the Current Postage you have on account with either Stamps.com or Endicia. If you would like to manually purchase more postage, you can click the Purchase Postage button, otherwise depending on your preference settings, your postage will automatically be purchased for you when purchasing labels Once you are ready to purchase the labels: Select all of previously prepared labels that you want to purchase Select the Purchase Selected button

9 Print Manager : Purchase (No Postage) The Purchase Selected (No Postage) will print a non-postage label or a customs form for international packages NOTE: This button is only available if you have an Endicia account

10 Print Manager: Printing Labels Once the labels have been purchased, to print the labels: Select all of the label you want to print Click Print Selected Labels will be printed to your designated printer If your printer has an error with printing a label, the label will be reprinted automatically If you prefer, you can skip the extra print step, by selecting the Print labels after purchase option in the preferences section

11 Print Manager : Ship Date Current date is automatically selected Select the date when the items will be shipped (For example, if preparing labels on a Sunday, you will want to change the ship date to Monday) Scan Forms can only be printed for labels printed on the same day A Purchase Date Warning will appear if you attempt to purchase labels

12 Print Manager : Printed Labels Once you have printed labels, they are assigned a Print Group (set of 50 labels) and a page number within your Print Page for quick identification Duplex Printer: If you have a duplex printer, the labels will also print the quantity of items in the order, the print group and page, the item number, the location, and item description on the back of the label for easy product identification

13 Print Manager : Reprinting Labels If your postage fails to print or the label is torn or destroyed while packaging, you can reprint the label either: Through the program as long as it is on the same day, by selecting the order and clicking the print selected button Through your saved labels folder (set up in preferences) using the order ID number for reference

14 Print Manager : Label Options View Label For labels printed the same day, you can click on View Labels button to view the label Save Label For labels printed the same day, you can manually save the labels to a folder of your choice (you can also have labels automatically save to a folder of your choice after purchasing specified in the preference section) Create Scan Form Creates a Scan form for all of the selected labels printed for the current date, as long as they are not already included in a previously printed Scan form.

15 Print Manager : Voiding Labels Void Label After a label has been purchased you can void the label and request a refund as long the item has not been scanned by the USPS and the claim is requested: For Stamps.com: within 10 days of purchasing For Endicia: within 30 days of purchasing The USPS will monitor the usage of your mailpiece for a period of 2-3 weeks and if there are no scan events they will refund your postage; the credit will be applied to either your Stamps.com or Endicia account

16 Print Manager : Scan Forms What is a SCAN Form? The USPS Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice, known as a SCAN Form, is a piece of paper with a master barcode that includes all the packages associated with a group shipment. At the time of pick-up, the USPS employee scans the barcode on the SCAN form to disseminate tracking info for all the packages rather than scanning each package individually. This single step saves a lot of time for USPS employees. When using a SCAN Form: All packages must be shipped the same day the shipping labels are printed Each package can be associated with only one SCAN Form SCAN Forms must be used in conjunction with electronic USPS Tracking or electronic Signature Confirmation Updates or changes cannot be made once a SCAN Form is printed; If you make an update or change, your SCAN Form is no longer valid and all packages associated with that form must be scanned individually.

17 Print Manager : Scan Forms Printing SCAN Forms with Gamut *Note: To print SCAN forms, you will need either a standard Stamps.com subscription or the Advanced Package through Endicia. The Create SCAN Form button will create a SCAN form for all of the labels under the Printed status in Print Manager for the current date After the SCAN Form is printed: Bring all your packages and the SCAN Form to the post office Or leave the packages with the SCAN Form for your local carrier to pick up

18 Print Manager : Printing Scan Forms Created Scan Forms can be saved to a designated folder under the printed date (set folder in your preferences)
