4 A. Objective This manual procedure is a procedure that manage activity of to maintain order and continuance at Statistic and Quality Engineering Laboratory. In addition, the purpose of this procedure manual is to and ensure the sustainability of the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the quality assurance system at SQE Laboratory. B. Scope and Related Units Management applies to, assistant laboratory, lecture guide practicum at SQE Laboratory, and student who take the practicum. The required inputs include audit outcomes, customer feedback, process performance and product conformity, precautions and corrections, follow-ups, changes and recommendations. Outputs that must exist include decisions and actions of effectiveness, product improvement, and resource requirements. The units involved in s are Head of Laboratory and assistants of Statistics & Quality Engineering Laboratory. C. Related Quality Standard The educational assessment standard is the quality standard associated with s. Statistic and Quality Engineering Laboratory conducts a in the laboratory to evaluate the work that has been done. Assessment is done from the evaluation that has been received. D. Terms and Definition Management is a of laboratory in the form of routine meetings held at least once a year to evaluate all laboratory performance. E. Sequence of Procedures 1. periodically schedules s at least once a year. 2. Assistant Laboratory and preparing the meeting material where the meeting is usually held approximately for hours. As for inputs in meetings, which contain: a. Feedback from customer b. Process performance and product conformity c. Status of precautions and corrections d. Follow-up from previous e. 7 Attachment 1 : Feedback result from Industrial Statistic Practicum Student Satisfaction Index SATISFACTION SCORE From the questionnaire results of customer satisfaction of Industrial Statistics Practicum Odd Period 2016/2017, there are 4 statements that have a low average rating, i.e. easy access to information (announcement, practicum schedule, etc), follow-up on suggestions and critism, ability to grow motivation, and time availability of assistant. Here is an improvement of the four statements: No. Questionnaire statement Improvement 1 Easy access to information (announcement, practicum schedule, etc) The arrangement of information input on wall magazine and web routine and always reminds students to check every day Follow-up on suggestions and critism Ability to grow motivation Time availability of assistant Conduct evaluation meetings in the end of practicum to discusses the process of practicum activities that have been done and the results of the questionnaire student satisfaction Self introspection through suggestions complained by students, assistants also need to improve the ability and always appreciate students both inside and outside practicum Dividing the assistant's time optimally and determining the priority scale of each job owned

8 Attachment 2 : Feedback results from Integrated Practicum II Student Satisfaction Index From the questionnaire results of customer satisfaction of Integrated Practicum Odd Period 2016/2017, there are 4 statements that have a low average rating, i.e. follow-up on suggestions and critism congruence between practicum material and exams material, ability to grow motivation and dan assistant ability to provide relevant examples. Here is an improvement of the four statements: No Questionnaire statement Follow-up on suggestions and critism Congruence between practicum material and exams material Ability to grow motivation Improvement Conduct evaluation meetings in the end of practicum to discusses the process of practicum activities that have been done and the results of the questionnaire student satisfaction Conducted meetings with lecturers to discuss in detail the material that should be delivered in the practicum, and align the material resources used during the practicum and courses Self introspection through suggestions complained by students, assistants also need to improve the ability and always appreciate students both inside and outside practicum 21 Assistant ability to provide relevant examples Brainstorming or more detailed discussion about the application of practicum for the industrial scope.
