8 ETAPA 2 Ordering dōterra products and having them shipped. 1. FIRST The GAC/WA logs into their doterra account and updates their permanent US Shipping address to their unique MyUS address they were issued after completing stage one above. NOTE: The Virtual Office default address in NOT the one to use. Please call the doterra Call Center to verify the correct city and zip code before placing your first order. Otherwise, you may have to pay taxes on that order. 2. The GAC/WA then shops and buys their dōterra products (TAX FREE). 3. The products are shipped from the dōterra warehouse to the GAC/WA s unique MyUS address (Example: James Smith, 4283 Express Lane, Suite , My USA Access, FL 34249) 4. Once the package arrives and it is logged into the GAC/WA s MyUS account, MyUS will send a notification to the GAC/WA to let them know their package has arrived. The GAC/WA will then log in to their MyUS account and view pictures of their items: 5. The GAC/WA (MyUS member) may store their packages free of charge for up to 30 days.

10 STEP 3 Shipping their products from their unique MyUS address to their final destination 1. When the GAC/WA is ready to ship their items they then simply log into their MyUS account, create a ship request and are able to chose their Shipping preferences (Price/Transit time, etc.) 2. MyUS will then gather their orders(s), repack/consolidate and generate the export documentation 3. When MyUS completes packaging the order, a tracking number is assigned and ed to the GAC/WA letting them know their items(s) have shipped (they can track their package all the way to their door from inside their MyUS account) 4. When the package is delivered, any duties/taxes incurred are billed at the time of delivery
