9 State-of-the-Art Engineering Our engineering and metallurgical staffs design pressure vessels, tanks, transportation and storage assemblies, compression systems, safety devices, and other components that comply with all applicable codes, meet strict tolerances, and insure safe and cost-effective operations. Superior Products Our pressure vessels provide customers with the highest quality finished products, including the tube trailers, ISO skid containers, ASME receivers and ton containers. In addition to our standard line, FIBA offers pressure vessels prepared and cleaned for ultra-high purity (UHP) applications. We also offer customization of the pressure vessel length in order to meet a customer s specific payload and space requirements. Quality Assurance Our seamless pressure vessels are manufactured from pipe that is produced to meet strict tolerances and material specifications, which are required for regulatory compliance. Our CNC spin forging machine uses sophisticated, proprietary software to form the gas container ends. This software provides the ability to offer NGT outlet openings, which are particularly important when O-ring use is undesirable. Strict quality control processes are monitored by either a DOT recognized, Independent Inspection Agency (IIA) for domestic production or a Notified Inspection Body for ISO/UN pressure vessels.
