Each of the sales department s employees keeps constant communication with suppliers of respective goods according to a particular group of goods in order to ensure the most beneficial prices possible. 7

Our range of F&B products is practically infinite: from local products to a great number of specialties from all over the world. Our company also associated with the largest packers, producers and wholesale houses. Our modern warehouses works 24/7 without day-offs and supports three temperature levels: we can store grocery, chilled and frozen goods. We have separate excise and packaging warehouses. 15 IMAR TECH (MANAGEMENT) FULL MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SHIPS IN OPERATION The primary service includes, but definitely not limited: Inspection of the vessel s condition prior to her including in to the Company s Management System. Routine ship s operation bases on the Company s rules and regulations. Planning of the repairs and required surveys. Implementation of the repair lists and tenders. Supervision of on-site repair. Current and emergency maintenance or repair of ship s mechanisms and equipment at sea and in ports. Planning and delivery of stores, spare parts and equipment in most suitable ports. Project consulting and technical advices, inspections, and surveys in all shipping aspects and at any time, when needed. 15
16 RECRUITMENT AND SEAFARERS EMPLOYMENT The primary services offered by Crew Management includes, but definitely not limited: Providing of full service in crew management. Recruitment of Officers and Ratings, whose experience and qualification comply with the requirements of the Employer and based on ISM Code and STCW 78/95 convention. Arranging of Flag State Endorsements to nation Licenses, ID cards, monitoring of proper Employee s documentation and certification. Planning crew changes schedules. Strict monitoring of compliance Company s or Ship Owner s Management Systems. 16
