23 Conclusion Monitoring truck meets a societal expectation in terms of security of people and property The project is placed in the ITS Development Strategy in Mali Economic benefits should ensure the profitability of the project in 2018 Project developed 100% by Malian teams demonstrating the ability of developing countries to appropriate technologies of ITS.
24 Biography of authors Mary TRAORE is an engineer from the National School of Engineers of Bamako (1983), specialty Public Works. He worked in the technical services of the State and Local Authorities (Mayor of the District of Bamako). Mary TROARE is currently working at the National Directorate of Roads, Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Opening up of Mali, where he is Project Manager. He is also the representative of the Republic of Mali to the technical committee "Operation of Road Network" of the World RoadAssociation (AIPCR). Maley Danfakha, Head of Mission in the Cabinet of Ministry of Equipment, Transport and Opening up of Mali, logistics transport economist, specialist in development planning, urbanism and environment. He began his career as an assistant and researcher at the Centre for Research in Transport Economics from the University of Aix-Marseille. It was company director before launching as consultant to organizations such as the World Bank, BAD, OACI and IATA. Since 2010 he has decided to put his experience at the service of the Government in the Cabinet of the Minister of Transport. Abdoulaye Dicko, CEO of EBEMI SA since 2010, Telecom Engineer and networks, began his career with Alcatel in Belgium Traffic and Parking responsible of Computing system in 1998 then after five years project leader in ERP information system at Deloitte Paris. He came in Mali in 2004 and works as an international volunteer at United Nations Development Program. In 2006 he founded ITS Mali company specializing in the development of information systems for transport and development with his partner and colleagues Aliou DIA, the first version of the platform EBEMI.
